Arrived at 5:59 or 6:00 pm.There was a descent line of people. Customer service rep came up to me after a minute or two and told me I was too late.I told her I was there right at 6:00. She says 6:01.Splitting hairs a little. I think they still could have taken my deposit—-especially after driving across town to visit this branch.

They are closed whenever you try to go here, literally every day from about 12-2:30. They have like 5+ people that I've seen who work here, they should be open during open hours.

I understand that businesses need to close, but if I walk up to your business during your business hours (and not a minute after), I should be taken care of. Not so at this branch of Wells Fargo. Branch manager Dan could have been helping to take care of customers at closing time, but instead, he was standing around at the back of the line and told me that the guy in front of me was the last customer of the day. It's not the end of the world, of course, but it was the way he handled it. No apology, no offer/suggestion to use the ATM or app (which is what corporate asked me if he did) nothing. His attitude was very dismissive and unprofessional, and there was just no need for it. Unfortunately, I'm not giving him a pass this time, as it was not my first unpleasant experience with Dan. He has kept his staff (and hence me) waiting while he appeared to be standing around or chatting on at least two other occasions. To me, his actions indicate that he really doesn't care about customers or his staff. I am done with this branch, and I appreciate my home branch more than ever.

Not necessarily this branch. Their policies in general. I deposited money on a Sunday to cover a check I wrote Saturday. Less than 24 hours as their policy required to avoid an overdraft fee. But on Monday they changed me with it anyway. Most banks offer 3 transactions a year they will take off these fee's if ask anyway. I have never in the 2 years I've banked there asked for this. But when I called to explain this and then asked if they would help me with it anyway, they offered me $8! WHAT? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Fantastic experience at this branch. Super easy and enjoyable. All the employees here were friendly, fast, and highly capable. While I was there I saw them handle many other customers with ease, myself included. For sake of privacy I won’t specify their names, but the three employees I met working 8-31-21 at 5:00pm deserve a raise.

Credit, where credit is due.Visited this Wells Fargo Branch on 6/14/2021 @ 3:35 PM and was expecting another let down pertaining to an estate account issue. But we were totally shocked. We were able to speak with a manager (Gregory) and business agent (Denise) to explain our situation. They really cared. There is hope in this world. To start with the teller (Vincent) on duty immediately asked us if he could help us. We explained we needed to speak with a bank representative and that we had a 4:00 PM appointment. He was very kind to bring us a couple of chairs to sit on while he announced our presence. This was impressive. He was the first teller that actually made us feel welcome. Yes, we are seniors so the chairs really made us feel welcome. Very nice young man as he assured us that he would let his team know that we had arrived early for our appointment. Thank you! Then the manager came to ask us how he could be of assistance. So we proceeded to explain and he assured us that they would help us get this issue resolved. Yes a real super nice bank manager that actually cared. Unbelievable! Now to top it all off he directed us to the nicest business agent we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She was so professional and soft spoken. She listened to our issue and said she would do everything in her power to get this resolved today. Wow, she was great. She took the time to listen to our concerns. And she did. Yes, it did take some time but we were just ecstatic that she was able to. This young lady was excellent. The other branches should take note. We had actually had given up with Wells Fargo until yesterday. The larger branches need to be trained by this branch on how to treat a customer. If Wells Fargo would acknowledge excellent people like this maybe they could replenish their customer base that they have lost the last few years. Yup, me being one of them. My thanks to the staff at your Harmon’s Taylorsville branch, small but big on service. It’s worth traveling the extra few miles to get service like this. Thank you, thank you, and thank you!

Avoid this Company at all costs. If you ever need to use their credit or debit they will drag payments out so they get to hold onto your cash. If you bank with them prepare to pay bills in slow motion

Terrible customer service and branch manger. I decided to go to a different branch and finished my work in less than a minute. BUT I will be considering closing my account.

Honestly I wish I could give a 0 star rating, I just visited this branch to cash in $50 in authentic dollar coins and was turned away because I don't have an account. I am sorry I thought that Wells Fargo was a public bank, not just for members only. Definitely won't ever go to Wells Fargo for any kind of my banking needs and will definitely make sure none of my family does any kind of business with them as well.
