I wouldn’t think a visit to a phone store could be remotely enjoyable but Jordan and Jaxson are both absolute saints - so genuine and helpful. They got me a really good deal in my plan and I can’t recommend them enough!

Completely incompetent. I got new phone and when I didn't know the password to my apple ID is started the process to change it. The store person canceled the process and advised me to use account recovery. This caused a 14 DAY delay in access my apple account. All I had to do was use another Apple device (wmy wife's phone) and it would be taken 14 seconds. I subsequently returned my phone and had my old phone fixed. When I did the associate was extremely rude and unprofessional. He needs an ego check. I will never be back into this store location and consider dropping AT&T altogether.

I was really taken back by the service I received by Eddy and his team!The time he took in order to help me with my issue that I had with my trade-ins were above, and beyond what you would expect from any AT&T store.

When I went in to upgrade my phone they were very helpful. They got me a new iphone 14 really cheap. They were very helpful and I will always go back for any phone issues.

This is an authorized retailer and not the AT&T company owned store. I would rate this store below zero if google allowed. I walked into the store around 12 noon today as I needed a simple help with migration from physical sim to e-sim. The gentleman at the store said the safe is locked, he couldn’t help me and I need to go to another store. The store looked dark with very little lighting. That was a quite odd for a retail store during business hours. Just out of curiosity, I did ask why is the safe locked on a business day in a very subtle tone. I got a rude and insulting reply back from the gentleman to not argue as it’s none of my business to ask them for reasons. It’s their store and they chose to keep the safe locked since two days. I never raised my voice nor showed any sign of argument. I was just trying to feel better because it costed me time and fuel to drive up to this store seeking help. I left with a long face and went to a company owned AT&T store further South that had staff with smiling faces and were willing to help. I’m certain I will get to see a templated response back to this review. It won’t change the terrible customer service experience I went through.

OK here's a thing I have a broken Wi-Fi hotspot it's three weeks old and stopped working. I went to the store to return it. I was told they would charge me a restocking charge to return the broken hotspot. Unless the manager was on site then they could take care of it. This means I have to leave and come back tomorrow, I guess they're really good at inconveniencing the customer

The manager at this location ordered the wrong phones for both me and my wife, when we brought it up he dismissed us. He also took personal calls in the middle of helping us. He gave us attitude and was an extremely rude and unprofessional individual. We ended up going to the corporate location in Sandy and the man there was very kind, helpful and fixed our phone order. Stay clear of this location! Go to the corporate store on State Street.

Wife and I tried to go in for an upgrade a little after 5 tonight. There was a "Out to Lunch" sign on the door that said the store would open again at 5:30. So we grabbed a bite to eat next door and came back at about 5:45 and the sign was still there, but with 5:30 scribbled out and 6:00 written. We just went home after that.

I never comment if it's not good, but I wouldn't want my family to go over that experience, the tall dude was generally rude and dismissive. The other two employees were friendly, but the experience was ruined by the tall guy's behavior.
