I came here a month ago and Mechelle helped me out. She is super knowledgeable and very patient. Best tmobile store I have ever went to. This is going to be my go to place going forward. Highly recommend.

The employee told me about a new promotion! You get a free apple watch if you pay for the service plan for two years. Monthly of course. I bought the service plans. My kids were excited! I had a problem with my bill. They were charging me for the watches. Five months later I'm still being charged for the watches. I have spent hours trying to fix it but it's not fixed. It started with a dishonest employee at the Sandy store. The employee was fired for doing what she did to me and other customers. That's what the other employees said. The watches weren't free. The new manager saysI should of taken care of the problem months ago. I tried but still not fixed. Going between the store manager and the online customer service, horrible. One tells me to do something then the other says he can't do anything. Online told me the store manager should fix it and credit me for the dishonest employee. But he refuses.They tell me to call the district manager but the regular manager refuses to give me their number. Online doesn't have the numbers He says it's my fault. Im not the one who told customers that the watches were free with a service plan. It's not my fault that T-Mobile can't hire honest employees. So now I'm being charged for free watches. I'm on social security and I only pay $20.00 for my own phone with no data.It was a free phone. Now I'm being charged for watches. The hours I spent trying to fix this is horrible. The crying exhausted me. I can't believe a store let alone T-mobile can do this. I offered to return the watches but they said you bought them now. I put in aRetail escalation report on the sandy T-mobile but they said it's hard forT-mobile to do anything because it's a third party store? One of the customer service reps told me I still got a good price. Apple watches aren't cheap. The point is I was lied to by an employee which got fired for doing this to other customers. I can't afford this. I shouldn't have to pay for employees lies so they can make money off me. The disrespect the Sandy T-Mobile manager was wrong. I shouldn't have been treated like that. I shouldn't have to pay for employees lies. And it shouldn't take five month's to solve employees mistakes. I shouldn't have to spend hours calling between the store and online T-mobile. Everyone kept giving me a different answer. The Sandy manager told me I should of got a rebate for the $99. For the watches. So call the online store. The online store said you should of got it already call the Sandy store. Not solved and I'm still paying for free watches. Store managers need to be responsible for their employees and need to be honest. Online T-mobile said they probably won't let let me know about the Escalation report that was turned in on the Sandy store. So how can I fix this? It's been a year and I'm still fighting the problem. Some of the T mobiles are privately owned so they can't help me. I tried to get the Regional Manger name and email the Manger refused to give it to me. Daniel. I keeep adding on to this as time goes on. If you read into of the posts the employees and manager has done this before.
