How rude, I waited for 45 mins a kid came out and asked who needs help another very kind associate told him we were all checked in, in order he replied “I don’t care I’ll help the first person that comes up here” when I talked to him he didn’t care what I wanted at all he just told me what I could have. So I just turned and walked out. I wish I knew his name but if you go in I’m sure you’ll be able to pick him out easily. Won’t go to that location again.

Something has to be done about wait time. If I arrive 2 hours before closing I should be able to be helped. I know some times helping other customers can go long but I'd rather hear that the wait is too long and they will close before they can help than wait for over an hour and still not get help.

We stopped in today looking for additions to our current plan. I believe it was the store manager or lead that was initially assisting us with information on their different promotions. Everything was going swell until she had another employee finish ringing us up so that she could assist other customers. This employee's name is Stephanie. I have never experienced such poor treatment from asking a simple question; clarification, if you will, on the promotion we were about to sign up for. She got downright nasty, bobbing her head from side to side with such nasty attitude all wide-eyed, that for a split second, I almost forgot the environment I was in. She has severely underdeveloped customer service skills and has much room for improvement or better yet find another field to work in because professional she was not..
