Go with any other phone company then T-Mobile. Here is why I say this. My sons phone stopped charging. I called T Mobile to do troubleshooting on the device. They were not able to get it fixed. They said they were gonna send me a replacement device cause I have insurance. They sent me a warranty replacement and then charged me 450 dollars cause the phone didn't charge. Called and spoke to 2 managers who didn't care. Will be officially switching phone companies.

Spoke to gentleman on the phone about our iPhone being regionally bricked (from another country with app restrictions) he was happy to take a looks. Showed up and T-Mobile crew didn’t know who I spoke with. Wanted to up sell me a phone. Did not look up my account, told me it was apple’s problem. I mentioned I had just activated two new account but did not upgrade because I was worried about my Asian wife being bricked again. He said I was too late for any deals and I would have cancel a line and wait 90 days. I said I would try Apple he said I cannot walk into apple , it’s by appointment only. I never sweared or yelled at that employee after spending tens of thousands on 8 lines in the past 10 years I just quitley walked out feeling defeated.... Updated Patrick took the time to show me different options and we received the customer service I was used to. His staff also figured out my regional bricking problem and we left with a great deal on an upgrade and working phone.

I came in just about 45 minutes before close. They were busy so I had to wait a bit. Turns out their internet was also down, which was making it hard for them to transfer data, etc. I was surprised how effectively and efficiently the tech helping me (I don't remember her name) was able to set up my new phone, another customer's phone, and take calls and deal with their tech support all at once. The techs even stayed past their closing time to take care of everyone.

My name is Candace and I just want Corporate to know that you have an amazing Employee named Logan Heavyrunner who works at the T-Mobile location at 106 W 11400 S, Sandy, UT 84070. He has not only went above and beyond to help me with the issues on my account but he has resolved them! I have been with T-Mobile for 5 yrs now and love the way they have treated me but Logan has done so much that he personally stayed with me for weeks to ensure my services and credits were applied correctly. When you have come across issues from an employee who was rude then you had to go to another store to resolve the issue he is the man to go too! Please if Corporate can do something to specifically for this employee to show him appreciation to represent your company in the utmost respect, mindfulness, and gratitude do it for this man. If I owned a company I would definitely and wanted a face to represent it, it would be this man. He put's everything into making sure that things are done fair and right for the customers and makes them feel like they aren't just another person coming in to complain for no reason. Nathaly took such great care of us. She went out of her way to see what discounts would be applicable for phones on our accounts. We really appreciated the accurate information we received. Heavyrunner got us checked in fast when we first arrived and we didn’t wait long. They had us all set in no time at all.

This place is a joke! Save yourself the trouble-go to a different location.We were greeted with a “welcome to T-Mobile, we’ll be with you in a minute” and ended up standing around for 49 minutes waiting for someone to sell us what we came in for, before walking out empty handed. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!! Not a single other word was muttered to us, even though the girl working was talking so much, she nearly went blue in the face!Here’s a tip, stop spending 90% of your time chatting (seriously, the entire store doesn’t wanna hear your whole life story) and do your job.. it may prevent customers from walking out! (And we weren’t the only ones who left!) Also.. if you’re an hour+ behind, TELL PEOPLE!!Absolutely pathetic service.

I finally got help... called the customer service line 3 times was on hold over 30 mins no help give them a 0 star. Drove to tmobile store and got taking care on less the 5 mins . Great service by Patrick
