Wish I could give this store a 0 star review. They are completely dishonest people. (Especially the store manager Josh) I would highly recommend going to a corporate Verizon store and not a 3rd party Victra retailer. Josh placed charges on our bill for a service they never performed, as I did it myself. Once confronted he said "its a mandatory fee" even though my father who also purchased two other phones and my husband who purchased a phone never received this "Mandatory Fee". I asked that they do the right thing and refund the money back to my card. Josh refused. So I asked to speak with his district manager and he wouldn't release any information. Josh said he would pass my contact information along to his boss. Well it has now been over 3 weeks and I have not heard from anyone. Really upsetting that they can steal from people so easily, and when confronted about it they still don't care. I always give fair reviews (not just bad reviews) and I will do everything in my power to make sure no one else gets taken advantage of by visiting this store. If this store is your only option then just make sure to not work with Josh. he is not kind or honest unfortunately. Really sad that they take advantage of women, but not men since my Father ans Husband didn't have any problems when they went in.

3 visits, a 2 week wait time and a couple of hours standing in the store in all is what it takes just to get a $99 gizmo watch for your kid here. There are much better ways, people!

Tech was helpful & friendly. Got my wife & I the two new iPhones & activated her new I watch quickly. The store was clean. I wish they had two people working instead on one, other people were forced to leave or wait until he had completed our purchase.

We had a longer day than anticipated trying to replace one damaged phone and transfer another line onto our account. We were frustrated as were the staff in trying to get a line transferred over. Josh went above and beyond, walking with us to t-mobile to help expedite the process. I would definitely go here again because despite setbacks out of our control there was a real concern and desire from Josh and the staff to get us set up correctly. Appreciate their efforts.

This was the most frustrating experience. The associates completely messed up our phones and did not know what they were doing. They weren’t even aware of Verizon’s own deals going on. We had to look them up and show them on their own website…My phone is still messed up after hours there. Something that should have been easy was extremely complicated and I walked away completely regretting switching to Verizon because of this. Do not go to this Verizon location.

Joshua was the best, he was so nice to me and my mom from the moment we walked in, he explained things to us in a way that was not condescending but very informative, If I had to buy another phone I would only go to him, he was great! Thanks josh!

Joshua, at the Verizon Store at South Towne, was exceptional! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took extra time to make sure I was comfortable using my phone. When I went back the next day with more questions, he remembered my name and cheerfully helped me. I was so impressed, I brought my daughter to him so she could buy a new phone. He made the process of purchasing a phone much easier.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. We visited this location with the intent to get a new phone for our daughter. We were pleased to hear that there was a promotion offered to add a line to our account for $10/month along with a new iPhone SE for our daughter. We signed up and were so excited to give it to her for Christmas. We later found out after we got our bill that her line was not $10 but $83!!! Really big difference when your daughter was expecting to pay her part of the bill. Our bill went from $84/month to $183. As a Jr. High student she doesn’t make that much now mom and dad are stuck with the increased bill. We were lied to in order to get the sale. Shady practices going on at this location. Avoid this place and go straight to a corporate VZW store to get accurate and more honest service.

Very disappointed. The store manager JOSE told us the wrong information even though asked him repeatedly. I came back in two days to pick up the phone and everything had changed. Nothing I could do because they shipped off my phone already. All I ask for is honesty and not lies about what the sales really are. (He quoted me the new line discount even though he knew I was an existing customer) Just very disappointed....Paid full price on two phones when I could have purchased at a discount any where else. $2250 bucks, and not even a penny off when I even purchased it on black Friday. Run if JOSE is helping you.

Even though we are a Verizon corporate customer we were given excellent customer service at the dealer/retail store in the Sandy Mall. We were able to get the help we needed quickly to talk through our bill, order a new phone and get the in person interaction that we have missed during the COVID shut down. The store was clean, everyone in masks and safe social distancing was practiced. Thankful for all the help we received there.

We went in at 7 pm on a weeknight to pick up new phones. We Left at 11 pm. Our entire account is a complete mess, I was overcharged for everything and then was told it "would work out" next month on my bill. Days later my bill is still "estimated" 3 times what it should be, the lines are all completely mixed up and there are two lines that shouldn't even be on there.
