Horrible attitude from the pharmacy, not only that tech but the female manager.Just moved all of Rx’s to outside of the Walgreens network, which is sad since I’ve been going here since 2007 and it’s a mile from my home.Judging by the other recent reviews on here, you have a problem at this location Walgreens.

Update 12/28/23: After waiting 36 minutes on hold to talk to a live person at the pharmacy, the call was disconnected. Lowering from 2 to 1 star. Previous review has been written last year.Long holds, long waits, slow service. Need to hire more staff.I've heard "we're sorry, our staff is answering other calls" far too many times while simply waiting to speak with someone.No matter the time of day, I end up wishing I had gone somewhere else.

I interacted with two pharmacy staff regarding a flu shot. One was basically non-responsive and just walked away. Apparently she went to get a colleague who belittled me when I inquired about their coordination of flu shots with the Utah Health Department regarding pricing. I ended up leaving and cried once I got to my car. There is no reason to treat people this poorly.

THE PHARMACIST WAS CRUEL TO MY DYING MOTHERI recommend that everyone get their prescriptions filled ANYWHERE else but here. I personally quit going here over a year ago because they were always very rude and showed zero compassion. I felt like a number in an assembly line. They 'group' up in the back and snicker about patients like rude high school kids. You feel like you have zero privacy. They would also loudly announce what prescriptions I was filling when my neighbors were in line behind me. Now, on to how they treated my mother today. Recently, my mom came up from St George to undergo treatment at the Huntsman Cancer Center. For the sake of having her prescriptions transferred back and forth (which they are actually HORRIBLE at and treat you like you are causing them problems), she opted to do Walgreens. My mom, who is clearly very visibly sick, went in to get her prescriptions, and of course, there was an issue. They treated her positively horribly! She was just trying to figure out what the problem was, and the pharmacist very rudely told her that if she asked about there being a 'mistake' again, she could find another pharmacy. She came home in tears! ZERO compassion. ZERO Humanity. Medication is part of healthcare. Walgreens - if you cannot hire people who understand that, please, get out of the game. I will never use Walgreens again. For anything. Ever. Do yourself a favor, tell all your family and friends to take their medication needs anywhere but here.

Well organized store. Always clean, well stocked and I find what I need. Helpful & Friendly staff. I appreciate the Pharmacy drive up for convenience. However, they seem quite short staffed @ drive up window for the Pharmacy since COVID-19 pandemic. Hopefully they will resolve this issue.

I’ve lived in this area for 7 years and this Walgreens remains one of the slowest I’ve ever been too. I try to avoid it but it’s the closest drug store near me by a lot. They have the slowest cashiers in the history of all cashiers. My average time of standing in line is 5-10 mins. And that’s usually with 1-2 people in front of me. The people who work here don’t even try to create the appearance of hurrying to help someone. It feels like the company policy is to move in slow motion at all times.

I do not recommend using this pharmacy at all. The only staff member who listens and is attentive is the pharmacist. The rest of the staff is rude, they don't listen and don't care if they help you or not. You can never get a straight answer about prescriptions.

Terrible wait time for their drive through every single time. Even if there is only one vehicle there. Maybe short staffing issues? Regardless I changed pharmacies, it’s quicker to drive to one that’s farther away from me than going here. Took me 25 minutes today with one car in front of me.

The staff at this pharmacy really excel at being as rude as possible. It’s quite impressive. Swimming across an ocean takes less time than this pharmacy does to fill one prescription.

Just don’t fill your prescription here. They have an impossible phone system. I’ve tried multiple times to see if it was user error and CANNOT get a live body on the phone to check status or ask questions. Waited for 28 mins on hold just now and hung up. GO TO SMITHS ACROSS THE STREET

DO NOT GO HERE! The pharmacy staff is ignorant, careless, entitled, and frankly don’t know what they are doing. I can’t believe how horrible their customer service is. I will make sure everyone I know never goes here again.

Speaking with pharmacy takes 10-15 minutes on hold then talking with 2 different people. We pay with good Rx and EVERY time we fill a prescription it’s delayed as the pharmacy doesn’t know how mediation will be paid for. Often prescription is sent to pharmacy but we don’t hear anything until we call and initiate process of getting it filled. Best of all we were paying a lot more at Walgreens. We eventually found a much better option. GO TO MEYERS PHARMACY! THEY EVEN DELIVER! THEY ANSWER THE PHONE.
