We've used this pharmacy since 2011 with no issue till approximately 1.5 -2 years ago, when they had a change of pharmacists & Techs, including someone we know who left due to this change. We didn't have one complaint in over 10 years, since this turnover in staff they've caused multiple problems and have a bad attitude at the same time. We then learned a pharmacists was discussing personal info regarding my son's medical, which he has no knowledge of facts involved, in his comments he used terminology that doesn't apply to my son's diagnosis, he was gossiping. When the incident in Dec occurrd the pharmacist was present, took no accountability, infact said it's not his responsibility to oversee what techs are doing, tech standing just feet from the pharmacist & included the pharmacist into the issue, pharmacist took zero interest in the issue that needed addressing, the Tech didn't know how to rectify any one in earshot knew this, I was super patient, kept saying I'll go look atound, hours passed, store closing soon & pharmacist did zero. Not factual the pharmacist saying he wasn't responsible for pharmacy issue's under his watch. He oversees the pharmacy & staff, was confirmed by Walgreen's corporate. We've contacted IHC regarding this situation, as well as provider's. The newer pharmacist lack of professionalism has seriously degraded the experience, great customer service & reputation of this pharmacy. Also the store manager witnessesing the occurrence, gave me a store credit to use due to the situation I was put through, a nice gesture but couldn't make up for what is an going problem at this pharmacy. I didn't pursue action other than confirming if the pharmacist is responsible for the pharmacy while on duty. Writing this after another incident happened yesterday, leaving no recourse but to take our acct to another pharmacy and pursue this through Walgreens corporate. This is about ppls health and their actions causing detriment.

Horrible customer service…. Don't waste your time at this Walgreen, drive 5 more minutes and go to the one at 2300 e where they really treat you like a human being...

This is absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever had. The apps told me the medications are ready, when I get there they bring them out, and fix an error on my name. Right after they tell me one of my medications aren’t ready, when it literally was right in front of me. They handled it very poorly. Another interaction I’ve had is them speaking so rude, and one of their co workers told me my medication will be ready In an hour; then a min later the other worker told me give me 10 minutes I’ll have it ready. I have the worst experiences there.

The pharmacy never shipped my prescription. Sydney made me pay for it again even though I had already paid online and showed her the transaction on my phone. My card still has not been credited!!

Probably the worst Walgreens in the US. Their pharmacy is incredibly disorganized and seemingly has unqualified representatives helping out. 3 times they misquoted when a prescription would be ready, then they’d only fill half prescription saying another 45 minutes for another.Save yourself the trouble and go to the CVS two blocks down the road.Shocking how many poor reviews can happen before corporate steps in and does an audit of this location.

This may be the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Seemed like it was run by the local High School. Showed up to get a Flu and COVID shot. Took them 3 people and 15 minutes to check me in. The boy helping me asked another one of the boy gang(everyone was in hoodies and genes) for help, and twice the helper asked his friend,'This guy here?' (I was standing in front of him) took me 40 minutes....to get a flu shot. And it wasn't crowded. And there were a bunch of people working! If just seemed like there were a bunch of pharmacists, with no one in charge and no one that knew what was going on. Last time I ever use Walgreens. Only place I could schedule a vaccine and the only reasons I came here. Very bad experience.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Had to go to this pharmacy because my regular pharmacy was closed for a bit, & I won’t go back to this pharmacy ever again! When I picked up my prescription the pharmacy tech was very rude. When I called to refill another one, rude again! No kindness or understanding as to why I needed my prescription the same day. Just pretty much we can’t do that the same day, too bad for you. They are not friendly & they take their sweet time filling prescriptions. It always takes hours or days. Every time I’ve gone to this pharmacy out of convenience, the staff has been snarky & inept & rude. EVERY TIME I’ve gone there. There’s no friendliness or even a “Good afternoon!” Nada ?? They need a new crew or they need better training because the one they have just sucks! If I were you, I’d go to the Walgreens on 7200 South & State. They are empathetic, understanding, competent, friendly & just WONDERFUL!

Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for a vaccine, which I had an appointment for. Once I got the shot, it took 5 seconds. I know they are busy, but there was no communication that there was going to be a wait. Why make an appointment if I’m going to have to wait so long????

Never interacted with a nice staff in the pharmacy part. Always rude if you have any questions. Like they are just instantly mean? Never had good customer services here
