We rent cars on Turo and have used this location for so many things with our cars. Just today I got emissions and registration done and the guys there were so friendly and helpful. The staff at the other building are great, too. Super pleased with the service we have recieved and will continue to go here.

I had a fantastic experience at Big O Tires in South Jordan (10227 S Redwood Rd). From the welcoming staff to the spotless service center, everything exceeded my expectations. Clint and his team replaced my tires quickly, balanced them perfectly, and even checked alignment and brakes—all with amazing speed and attention to detail.
Best part? They offer free alignment checks, battery and brake inspections, and multi‑point vehicle evaluations at no extra charge. I also took advantage of current rebates on Michelin tires that saved me instantly and at checkout. Honest, efficient, and fair—this is exactly what customer service should feel like. Highly recommend if you want reliable auto care without the upsell.

I have been going to these guys for years and I have always had a great experience! I just got new tires from these guys. Isaak and Clint were awesome to work with.
They have never been pushy with me to get things fixed that weren’t necessary. I will definitely keep coming back to these guys.

I stopped by Big O Tires to get my car’s A/C recharged, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Even though they specialize in tires, they handled the A/C service quickly and professionally. The staff was knowledgeable, honest, and made sure everything was working perfectly before I left. Prices were fair, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend them—not just for tires, but for great all-around car care!

Clint Trujillo is the BEST! He heard that my car (which I use for my nonprofit) needed new tires and wanted me to travel safely, so he paid for my car to have new tires and a new battery. Clint is extemely kind and generous and his team of professionals super friendly. I would recommend SOUTH JORDAN BIG-O to everyone!

I can always depend on Big O Tires for my car repairs, new tires or getting my oil changed & registered. All of my experiences have been positive with any car services I have needed, the staff & Clint the manager who goes above and beyond to make sure I have been taken care of and their price is very reasonable. I recently visited Big O Tires and Service in South Jordan on Redwood. ,I spoke directly with Clint and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of care and professionalism I received. He made sure his team took care of me. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure I had a great experience.
They quickly diagnosed the issue with my vehicle and took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done and why. There were no surprises—just honest recommendations, fair pricing, and prompt service. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and they kept me updated every step of the way.
What stood out most was how respectful and efficient the entire team was. It’s rare to find a shop that combines expert service with such outstanding customer care, but Big O delivered on both.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, professional automotive service. I’ll definitely be back for future maintenance and repairs and oil changes.
