If I could give a zero I would. Do not bank here especially if you are someone who counts on your money being in your account when you deposit. Because seriously this bank would rather keep a hold of your money and make you wait for it to be fully processed which takes 24 hours. Who the heck wants to wait 24 hours to get the money they need today. And don't use this branch south Jordan branch doesn't let you know their check cashing policy when you go in or through the drive through. You can cash it and then deposit the money seems stupid to do 2 transactions especially when all you wanted was for the money to be in your account to use. But why use them there are so many other non hassell banks out there even credit unions. I have still never seen this stupid practice of making you wait for your money from any other financial institution. No wonder this bank sucks rocks and it's employees

I had some HUGE issues with my car loan. I paid it off, and was still being charged autopay. Liza Trask spent over an hour with me resolving my issue. She is phenomenal and took a lot of time and care to help make sure I would stop being charged.

Went to open checking and savings account for my spouse and was working with Max Heuser. Due to documentation they couldn’t open the account. Suddenly he threw the coupon paper at us. When asked to treat customer well he asked us to leave rudely. I felt like we are racially discriminated.Have made complaints to branch manager Avoid this branch for any transaction.

This review is for Chase Bank, South Jordan The District. I am fairly new to the area, but I was pleasantly surprised by a greeting with a smile. My business was conducted quickly and professionally. The lobby was clean and professional looking. A multi-lane drive through should help insure business is conducted quickly. I would highly recommend.

i’ve been banking with chase for 6+ years. but after the service i received here i’m honestly considering closing my bank account with them. i went to this branch to get a simple bank officer statement but the bankers both a young male and young female could not help. they kept arguing with me and gave me the wrong document that i wasn’t asking for.

Make an appointment for a week ahead. Arrive and the "personal banker" decided to take another client and pushes you off to an investment guy WHO ISNT A CHASE EMPLOYEE (he's a JP Morgan employee who just wants to sell you investments WHICH WE HAD ALREADY SPECIFICALLY SAID WE DIDN'T WANT). Banks these days just want to screw anyone over a nickel. Don't trust these guys further than you can throw them. And yes, I'm pissed... Not that they care...

Terrible service, we personally spoke to an employee who gave us his card and then when we tried to call him less than ten minutes later he, along with every other employee at the store, did not pick up for over 30 minutes. We had to call an entirely different branch to get any service. The entire bank smelled like spiders and was a waste of multiple peoples time.

Worst Bank to go through! They froze my qccount because we deposited my husbands check in there. When they deposited the check they didnt put in there that my husband had signed the check and was right there when we did it. Promised the money would be there on 12/21 and it wasnt. Called customer sevicw and was told that we needed 2 forms of ID to get it released. Went back in and they told us to call corporate again. Called this morning and they want us to go back in AGAIN with his 2 forms of ID before we can even use the money.

I am very unhappy with chase. I was told before signing up for my Disney credit card that there would be no fees, and if the $49 fee showed up that they would take care of it for me. Now I am having to pay a $49 annual fee they said they would take care of. I would have never gotten this card if I knew this would happen.

5 STARS FOR JULIA!! I have had a pretty neutral experience banking with Chase for the last 10 years. However, that was until I worked with Julia at this location! We met 2 years ago when setting up an account for my business and she is a superstar. I go to her for all of my banking needs now, both business and personal because she is always able to maintain professionalism while treating me like a real person. Give her a raise, make her the manager, do whatever you have to do to keep her!
