I ordered a ring from JCPenny and something went wrong and it was cancelled and so I went into the store in South Jordan and talked with Nicka. She was so cool and so patient. She really helped me out even though it was a super tough situation.

JPenney isn't the first store that comes to mind when I think of trendy, in-style clothing. But then I look at my personal style and think-who am I kidding? There's nothing trendy or in-style about me. I prefer timeless clothing that I can wear for a long time and not look outdated after a few months.I love this store because it always has clothing that appeals to me-and often there is a good amount of it on sale. I do most of my back-to-school shopping here. My kid approves.Funny story-my wife bought me a necklace here several years ago. Suddenly, one day it turned up missing. I travel frequently, so figured I'd left it in a hotel somewhere and my wife surprised me with another one. Of course, just after she presented me with a replacement, the original necklace appeared behind our laundry hamper. So I have two identical necklaces, which I love. Anyway, JCPenney is great. I love this store.

I came in to the South Jordan UT earlier today to grab my kids a few things for school. My daughter got a pair of pants that she was super excited to wear tomorrow. Well as she's getting her clothes ready for tomorrow we notice the ink tag still left on the pants, obviously their security system doesn't work or we would've beeped and problem solved. Now I've got to take time out of my day tomorrow to go back and have it removed. I could see this being an honest mistake if it was the first time this has happened but its at minimum the 8th time this has happened. There is seriously no excuse for this.

I went to the salon and had a HORRIBLE experience here! I went in to get a Balayage before my trip to California. I spent 4 hours with a lady that couldn't understand what I was asking for. I ended up with orange, poke a dot/ Leopard spots all over my hair with some super blonde pieces scattered around. Super un even and no where close to a Balayage. I called them the next day to try and get my money back for the horrible job, panicking because I couldn't go on my trip with this hair! Another lady told me to come in and she would fix it. I went in and was told that the bleach that she was going to use on my hair to fix it would not damage it at all. Totally not true. My hair is fried and it still looks terrible. I worked really hard to get my hair long and healthy and all it took was one trip to this place to destroy YEARS of hard work. I won't even shop at JCpenny anymore after the experience I had. I'm furious with them. So please do not go here unless you want your long hair fried off and horrible color.

No customer service. Prices have gone up greatly. Was disappointed with this store, compared to other JCPennies I have shopped in around the country.

I ordered shutters for my whole house from JcPenney in South Jordan, UT on July 14th. I spent $3500 on the shutters, and they gave me a delivery date of no longer than 6 weeks from date they were ordered. Since then its been nothing but problems. After getting the run around and being treated horribly by the manager at JcPenney of The District (Dana) and customer service at the corporate office (LaVita), the shutters finally got installed on September 24th, 9 weeks after they

Apparently your salon workers are lazy or just don't want to work. I called at 8:20pm and live only 5 min away, I needed to take my son in for a haircut for his first day of school the girl that picked up told me they close at 9pm and in a VERY uncertain tone told me they can't help us tonight maybe tomorrow. I told her there was still time because I live down the street and her answer wasâ€sorry, but we're done for the night.†With a very uncertain voice again. If your girls are scheduled till 9pm then why do they refuse to take customers at 8:30. Last time I'm ever going to consider jcpenny salon.

Really disappointed that I spent money here, earned rewards. But since they expired a few days you won't honor the rewards. Forgot why I don't shop at JCPenney very much.

Not the best service at times here. But love the selection and I feel like the pricing is better than most and always competitive. It seems they are doing their best to compete and stay relevant. I appreciate that. I hope they keep this location! More staffing would help. It's hard at times to find someone.
