I’ve been here since it opened. And every year it gets better and better. The owners are committed to investing in the studio with the newest and nice equipment. The new changes that they made to the weight for have been amazing! If you tried Orange Theory in the past, you should really come back and test out all the new enhancements!

Orangetheory fitness is the bomb. The coaches are fantastic and are incredibly friendly. Best place to work out - couches push you to be your best. There is no way I would get the work out I do if I was at any other Gym or at home. No workout is the same - there is such a variety it makes it fun!! I am going to aggressively market your home to get the best price.

I love everything about OTF! The coaches, the challenges, and signature workouts... it's kept me consistently working out for over decade. It's a great workout-helping build my strength and honing my cardio. I love the friendly, helpful coaches! And it's a social thing-I enjoy seeing the same faces in class.

If there is anything I look forward to during the week it’s going to OT. Specially south Jordan location! The staff and coaches here make you feel so comfortable and like your family. I didn’t think I’d find a gym that I loved so much til I started come to Orange theory!

This is not a pleasant experience but I thought I should share so that those of you who are considering going to OTF are informed of the membership billing.
My husband and I purchased a monthly 8 classes package after our trial class on May 30. When we signed up the document, we made it explicitly that we only wanted a month and if we decided to continue after a month, we would let them know. We figured out OTF was not for us and stop going after 7 classes. Full disclosure, we don't have bad experience with coaches, staff, or other fellow members. We didn't have unrealistic expectation for OTF either. My husband is a mountain biker and I used to run marathon, we know physical fitness come from a healthy lifestyle and consistent workout, not from fancy facility or innovative techniques. We just wanted to find a convenient and down-to-earth gym for consistent workout when we are not outdoor. OTF is not what we were looking for. Class schedule is limited and workout is not so effective in our cases.
I assumed we should be fine as we told them we wouldn't want recurring membership on the day we signed up, then on June 30 they charged us for the second month. So we called on July 5th and the manager told us that we need to give 30 days notice in advance and she could only waive our charge on July 30. In other words, we would be paying for another month that we did not plan to go. We feel that's not right, because we gave them 30 days notice already on the day we signed.

Got called twice within 3 days (one of which was a Saturday) to come in for the free class and got texted even though I never subscribed to SMS.

I’ve been working out here for 7 years and I love it!! Such a great workout! I push myself here, more than any other type of workout. The coaches and staff are amazing and I’ve met so many awesome people! This location is by far my favorite. I’ve gone to many. Thr staff and members are so friendly here!

I’ve been going to OTF SoJo for years, and when I travel, I tend to go to other OTF locations. Although there’s consistency in workouts, the South Jordan location is just different. The coaches and front reception staff get to know you, care about you and your success. The workouts are difficult, but I really like being able to push myself in many different ways. I really feel like the whole SoJo OTF community is family!

I am very unsatisfied with this company. The workouts are subpar at best. I worked out here for a year and a half and I decided at the end of my membership for a change in my routine. On 01/02 I had frozen my account with a charge of $15 a month. You can only do this for two months at maximum. Prior to the two months I had decided to cancel my account at the end of February. They reported that they will need another bill for another month despite me having my account on frozen. This Not including cancelation fees! Mind you their account is a minimum of $100 a month. Not impressed and despite being a customer for a year and a half they have left a very bad taste in my mouth. I would not recommend this business due to this. It seems scummy at best.

Workouts are okay, they get pretty repetitive after about a month.
Overall though, I’m very displeased. They push hard for you not to cancel and they’ll convince you to “freeze” your account, which is still $15 a month. I did freeze my account on January 2nd. Once you unfreeze your obligated to pay for another month of classes, whether you want to or not. In my case my plan was $99 a month. I texted them to cancel my membership on 2/29 and was charged $99 on March 4th and I was charged again for $99 on April 3rd. I have paid them $230 since January and have not been in to their “studio” once. Not sure why I had to pay for 2 additional months but this policy is sketchy to say the least. To those thinking of potentially signing up, be aware. They also will try to nickel and dime you for their “challenges” each month.??????????(5 thumbs down if I could)
