I saw that they offer online appointments, so I booked an appointment with the knowledge of paying upon arrival... which it states. I get there and there's already someone getting their hair cut and more people waiting.. at the time of my appointment. There was only 1 stylist in the salon. I decided not to worry about it, since I had my kids, and left. I get home, check my email, and notice that my Visa was charged for the cut and a tip! I didn't have anything done there! I don't remember ever posting my card information online either. I did send an email to customer service to have this issue resolved.

The worst haircut I've ever had or even seen before. Another salon had a lot of work to try to fix it. The " stylist" did not listen or seem to have basic training. Was told when calling corporate that a supervisor would contact me by Monday evening. I called on Saturday morning. I have no training and could have done much better myself. I have photos but this site is not allowing me to post. I would not recommend this salon to anyone under any circumstances

I am very disappointed in this place!! I went for a simple small trim and the lady somehow mixed up when I specifically said a Trim and Thin and I am not sure how she got cut and layer out of it when they dont sound the same at all !! She charged me full price for the cut I didnt want !! I started noticing when she kept doing weird things and kept cutting and got to the front of my hair and cut the bangs I didnt want short and I asked her why she was cutting it so short and she even admitted she was doin her own thing with my hair !! I wasnt very happy with it and she still made me pay full price for the hair cut I didnt ask for !! She did apologize but for her to charge me full price for her mistake was absolutely NOT OK!! Wont go back there again !!

Ask for Judy! Her services equal those of a high-end Salon ~ with a price that allows some extras -- brows, dye, highlights!

Should have known better the last time I had a haircut here it was terrible. First off when doing a fade haircut you should not see a line where you cut it, it should be Blended in. Wanted it to be tapered, apparently that was too much to ask. Also if you offer shampoo, conditioner and hair drying in a service you might want to do those things before heading to the counter and expecting people to pay full price for services they didn't give you that are included. So frustrating that I went to the barber school and paid them just to get it fixed.
