I have been a customer for 12 years. The service has completely changed. I really hope you treat the people you care about better than you have treated me the last three months. The way you speak to people is arrogant and demoralizing. There is only one person there that still cares. She is a lady pharmacy technician. Unfortunately I don’t believe there is anyone that can change the behavior of the pharmacists themselves. This pharmacy will continue to treat people (paying customers) like lesser than human beings. I will be changing pharmacies and grocery stores and it won’t be another smiths . Dee and Richie would be ashamed and embarrassed by the treatment of their customers.

I absolutely love the staff and service I get at this Pharmacy. Every Pharmacist and Pharmacy Tech at this location has been amazing and treats me so well.Kroger doesn't play games with my pocketbook, health and time. I was going to CVS and Walgreens about 3-4 years ago and they kept requiring me to fill my prescription every 20 days, even though my doctor wrote it for 30, and they charged me $30. Same prescription at Kroger with same insurance is only $1.11 and can be refilled every 30 days, like my healthcare provider wrote it. I've traveled out of state when it's time for a refill and they can transfer to other locations with ease.They were all so amazing through the whole pandemic, they have a loyal customer!!!

The bat lady. She's been nicknamed this by my whole family, as well as friends. She's the one that is constantly rude - she tends to act as if her experience means she's more than you. I wish I was projecting, since she's been so nasty to me sometimes, I've cried. Many times she has said my scripts will be filled, just to call me up \\u0026 admonish me for not being aware of something. If my doctor says they have the prescription, why am I required to know the ins \\u0026 outs of being able to fill said script? Anyway. Bat lady, I cringe anytime I see you. I try to work with the pharmacist or any of the other capable techs. But anytime you help me... I say a little prayer that you treat the people in your life better.

We shop for our groceries every two weeks at this Smiths, and have for years. The wife and I went in today like we do every two weeks. Shopping every two weeks our cart gets pretty full, usually the cost is around $180. For the first time ever, there were no checkout out lanes open. Only self checkout was open. Self checkout is nice when you only have a few items, not a cart full. It was a pain in the a** trying to lookup the different veggies to weigh. It took forever to get checked out. Needless to say, we will be shopping for our groceries at a location that offers basic customer service.

Update: The pharmacy proactively called me and apologized and let me know they fixed the issue. I appreciate that. They also said it won’t be an issue going forward with other kids.——————————-Set up an appointment 10 days ago to get my 17 year old boosted. Showed up only to be told they don’t do boosters for people under 18, even though their site let me sign him up. Get your stuff together Smiths.

I have been coming here almost my whole life. In recent years using this pharmacy to fill my prescriptions. I went yesterday for the first time in a bit and was just reminded why I love this location so much. A lady with long black hair made eye contact with me as I walked up and was friendly and sincere in her desire to help me, and was SO fast and efficient to help me get my 2 prescriptions. She ID'D me for the control substance I was getting like the sign said, and overall it was a really good experience.

I shop here without a mask and never get bothered by management. Although sone patrons do not appreciate it. But hell, they've got their mask on, so why do I need to wear one :) Thank you.

Oh this place. I have to be honest, I've never actually stepped foot in this store. I've only ever done grocery pick up but I have had nothing but amazing experiences there! Today I showed up early and they quickly come out saying my order was being processed and that it would be a few minutes. I didn't mind knowing I was early, but they were so kind and made sure I felt taken care of! This time of year is so busy for those working grocery/retail and I know it can be so stressful, but they were so kind and willing to help!! I have never felt anything but kindness and positivity from the employees which is saying something considering this year!! I'm sure the inside of the store is great, but I'm so grateful I have been able to do pickup!! I will be back next week for more groceries!!

Smith's pharmacy refused to fill my prescription. I verified that the prescription phoned in from my doctor was correct. Smith's still refused. I've never had that happen before, I hope it never happens again. Whatever the case, I'm through with Smith's. Apparently they think they know better than my doctor.

Huge place. This is the Superstore, and can get you home products, clothing and grocery. Think of Walmart, but much nicer and with good brands and displays. We enjoy shopping here.
