Wanted to buy an NV passenger for the price listed on your website. I called in, they said it was the correct price. Drove half hour. Showed up and the salesman said it was the correct price. (checking with other sales man who said it was the correct price) started the paper work and was waiting for a manager to help with running credit. I had three people tell me I was paying a certain price. The manager says "oh, that's the wrong price. It will be $15,000 more." Gave us some bull about not being able to post the correct price online. (All the other like it were the correct price.) Him lying to me pushed me over the edge. I would pay several thousand more to work with honest people. I was only buying because it was such a good price. They are bringing people in and then ripping them off. I wonder how many of the 5 star reviews are from employees. Likely all of them because no one should ever have to go through an experience like this. I Hope that they go under! Buy your cars from any one else. It looks like they are now scamming everyone by selling slightly used cars for way over retail. This is a despicable thing to do. Time Dahle should be ashamed. I wrote a review on Google and Cortney responded about wanting to make it right. Cortney said he/she really wants to talk to me. I called the number 10 times and sent several email. I have had no response. Just wishing I could give them 0 stars. Really a disappointing company, if you hadn't noticed. I reported them to the better business burrow. I hope this helps someone to not shop here.

Had a horrible experience with Tim Dalhe Southtowne. This is not the first time we've had a bad experience with them, but this is the worst. We went and test drive a car, liked it very much. However, it was 10 pm and we wanted to come back in the light to look at it again. (Bad experience with buying car in dark) Placed a deposit on the car, signed a contract that it would be held till 9pm the next night. Get a call that they sold the car out from under us. I'm guessing that someone was willing to pay more or didn't want to pay half of the new tires, like they asked us to do. (Tires were dangerously bald) We had asked for the car to be buffed as well. (Major swirls in paint from automatic car wash) We felt these to be basic and minor things. Many used cars come with new tires as part of the sale, especially when bald and unsafe to drive. Not only did they sell the car, they don't honor the internet price. We were told the price by the sales man and when we went in to discuss the sale they raised the price. Told us that we had to pay for the warranty that's for life of the car. And that the car had been put through a intense inspection that we also had to pay for. Another reason for wanting to think about the car. The ad online said they give you a 3 year bump on your trade in, they barely were giving us trade in value on my car. When asked about it they said that with German cars, it costs a lot to go through them to inspect. Hence, they couldn't give me much for my car. We said that you then place that cost on the customer that buys the car. Because this is what we had been told. Manager backtracked and said that's not what they do. When we said we wanted to leave, they kept stalling and wouldn't give us our key back to our car. The manager was so pushy with us. Like many car salesmen, they want and will say anything to get you to buy the car. I also understand it's the end of the month and they want the sale. But pushy people, not only turn me off, but place me on the defensive. I started to get very frustrated with his attitude and not allowing us to leave like we wanted. We both work early and I had two jobs I was working the next day and needed to get home to sleep. He was very inconsiderate of my desire to leave. The salesman and his trainer, both sat across the table and said nothing. It was an uncomfortable situation. I wanted to share how shady I believe this company to be. Like I say, this is not our first experience with them, but will be our last!

I rarely write reviews but please steer clear of this dealership. I bought a used Nissan Rogue and the price almost doubled after tax. Financial department was extremely unclear and I was blindsided by my auto loan. I have been calling for days to get an emailed copy of my paperwork and cannot even get a hold of the financial department. Now I am stuck with a mountain of debt. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE

I worked with the Jeffs (Jeff M, Jeff R and Geoff). I worked mostly with Jeff R, and he was so helpful to get me the vehicle I wanted. I was nervous about going in as I did not want to be hounded by car salesmen. It wasn’t that at all and everyone helped me with all my questions. Love the car! I bought my first car from this dealership yesterday with the help of Ryan Price. He was extremely kind and helpful when it came to my requirements for payment and the fact I wanted an electric car. I got a great 2017 Nissan Leaf and it's amazing. I was even able to get a good trade in value for my other car. I would recommend coming here to buy a car they're very honest and nice people here.

I brought my Titan in for service, and Jake Unger (Your Dancing Salesman) asked me if I loved it. Knowing full-well that I was speaking to sales (and thus would be sold something), I went ahead and let him know that it was far too big and didn't fit my needs.What followed was about two days worth of Jake exploring my options and letting me pick through a good crop of different trucks that actually made sense for me. There were several test-drives. Jake was very patient and detail-oriented. I finally settled on a Frontier, and the rest is history...well, paperwork, anyway.This was a huge improvement over my experience buying the Titan at another dealership, where I felt that I was hurried along for the sole purpose of making the dealership the maximum amount of money in the least amount of time.So, if you want to enjoy buying a vehicle and actually be taken care of, go to Nissan Southtowne and make sure you work with Jake.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! Within 24 hours of leaving the lot our vehicle's check engine light turned on to find out that there were major issues with the engine that cost over $7,000.00 to repair and is not drivable. Sadly, we purchased the car as is, but hoping the dealership would be understanding we reached out to see if there was anything they could do. The guy on the phone was extremely rude and said that we were negligent for not purchasing a warranty. I am sorry we trusted that they would sell us a car that would last longer than 24 hours. This was the 5th person we spoke to, because the first 4 said they would call back and never did. If you do buy from here, make sure you take it to a mechanic first, because their inspections mean nothing.UPDATE: After leaving the review above they asked me to remove the review out of good faith. They took our car in to see what went wrong and to see what our options would be. After looking it over they confirmed that their was major damage. I was offered two garbage offers. 1) Fix my car for 7,200 - Which I could do at a mechanic who I trust more. 2) Trade in the vehicle for 5,000, which they later upped the offer to 7,500, but nothing more (we purchased for 16,000). After seeing multiple mechanics now, they all say the same thing -"They should have never sold the vehicle in it's condition." DON'T BUY A CAR HERE!

Our salesman was great, very nice and informed. During our test drive he told us that the advertised price was the price we would pay, a no hassle price, plus taxes, title, license, and fees. If we agreed to finance through the dealer we would get that advertised price. That made sense and given that I knew what the typical tax, title, license, and fee would be we decided to start the financing process. They pulled our credit and presented us some per month numbers but no actual breakdown. I asked for a breakdown and was told another number that they would try to work on. We were then presented another per month figure. The monthly figures would make the cost of the vehicle close to $19000 out the door, a far cry from the $14000 advertised price. We were never presented a breakdown or a true explanation for the price differential. It felt like there was hidden information that I was not privy too. Would not recommend going to this dealership unless you are prepared to pay extra.

We came in not expecting to trade but Luis and Ruben were great to work with. They got us in a payment we liked. Bill was also great to work with. This is our second purchase here and would definitely recommend and return.

We came in yesterday during Memorial Day because I found a 2015 Mini Cooper online. Tristan was our salesman, and he got us approved, in, and out within an hour-hour and a half. So quick and no hassle whatsoever! We even had a trade in and the process was so easy. Left that day with the car I wanted! I highly recommend these guys.

The whole car buying experience was great. We test drove 4 cars and Alex G. Was so patient and caring. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and also listened to our needs and answered so many questions. The rest of the staff, Austyn in finance and Jake, the general manager were very friendly and efficient. We can't say enough about our pleasant experience!

I just had the best car buying experience with Ronnie. Ronnie was great without added pressure. He spent over 4 hours the first time I was there. No pressure and no hassle, he drove around with me in 6 different cars. Ronnie also remembered what I was looking for and my name the second time I came in. Most car sales guys only want to work with people that are looking for new cars and not ones that are searching for something under 10k. I highly recommend Ronnie if you're looking for a car today!!

I had a great experience while purchasing a new vehicle from Tim Dahle Nissan Southtowne. Alex and Juan made the process easy and we’re able to answer all of our questions. Everyone we worked with were very friendly and respectful. There was never any high pressure sales, I felt very comfortable all the way through the entire process. This facility is top notch from sales to service. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase and maintain a vehicle.
