Ordered online. Order is lost in shipping with no record of it visible to employees. I couldn’t get a refund online for some silly reason but in person I got one at customer service with zero hassle.

Went in to get oil change and car battery. Everyone was very helpful. Work was done very quickly. Very pleased. Highly recommend this auto center.

Found a ton of stuff I wanted as far as sum back to school typed items. Wow they were quite costly. The clearance area had things marked for clearance but the when rang up It was reg price, on 4 different items which seemed a little fishy

I am able to go and get what I need. Them store is never overcrowded and they checkout is quick. It seems to be cleaner than some of the other stores I have been in.

Decent prices, the staff tend to be a hit or miss but more often a miss.Walmart, keep your prices low.No one comes here expecting customer service, we aren't surprised.Also why have fabric when no one is ever there to cut the fabric? Why have a little button to ring for the fabric person, when the fabric person. ever comes?Why have people with Badges that say they're working at Walmart when, if you're standing in the Fabric Center, they walk past you and avert their eyes and will not answer your questions unless you stalk them down?Same goes with the paint.why do you have a paint mixer and paint chips, you are never going to mix the paint.& if you do it's always the wrong shade

Certainly is changing as a "customer service " oriented store. Becoming standard to have one full service checker for every 18 to 25 customers with the idea of encouraging more of us to self check. I was told this directly by an employee. I do understand the cost vs customer ratio to help control rising employee costs and rising inflation. I'm just not sure how I feel about watching disabled or less abled customers not have a choice ? about how much service or help they need. Surely there has to be a reasonable compromise.

came in at 9:20 pm to buy 2 disposable cameras. no employee was around at the moment so my sister and i waited by photos then went over to electronics to find someone. multiple employees passed us by and didn’t say anything. they called over the intercom twice for someone to come help and still, employees passed us by and no one stopped or even acknowledged us. thanks to the two people who called for assistance but it’s been 25 minutes and we haven’t been helped. i understand it’s late but what excuse is that.

They never answer the phone it just rings for 10 min and ends the call. My mobile orders gone I tried calling the store but nobody picked up. 3rd time this has happened.
