Went in today and were running five behind for what was supposed to be an hour-long appointment. The manager refused to see us and was not polite as well... so? we refused to bank with them! That simple... this bank does not care about its customers and this was in plain sight today. We went down the road to America First Credit Union where they got us set up (on a walk in basis!)New decade, same old Wells Fargo.

I scheduled an appointment to get some papers notarized. I drove down there on my small lunch-break window and showed up right at my appointment time. They told me that I would have to wait 30 minutes before I could be seen. I told them I couldn't wait and would have to set an appointment for the next day.So they set up an appointment for me to see them the next day. Once again I drove down there during my small lunch-break window and once again showed up just few minutes early for my 12:30 appointment. Upon showing up they let me know that the same person that stood me up the previous day had stood me up again saying, "she just left for lunch".I told them that this was the second day in a row that they stood me up and then the story changed and they said that the notary had to leave for a family emergency. (Obvious lie)If I was a Hispanic female, like the manager, I bet I would have got great service.

Worst branch location in Utah, they eliminated the drive through and have only 2 tellers on duty during the busiest time. 6 windows, 2 tellers. It’s been this way for over 6 months. This is how you tell your customers that you don’t care about them without actually saying it. Hire more people or you’ll lose accounts.

I went into the bank in a hurry my online banking shut down and I couldn't figure out what to do, Calisa, hopefully I pronounced her name right, she was so helpful and amazing and patient absolutely awesome thank you.

Branch manager Kiara Palafox is extremely proficient.She demonstrates the highest level of standard for customer service.It was worth to come here from Draper.Thanks a lot.

No drive thru banking and STILL the slowest and worse customer service. Wells Fargo is on the decline, looks like I need to move my accounts to Chase or SOMETHING!!!!

The ATM machines never work properly, the drive through lines have been closed for months, and they only have two tellers inside all the time. Huge waste of time. Go to a different branch!

Over 3 months of the same 2-3 employees. This location needed more staff so long ago. They still don’t have a drive through. Stop overworking your employees and making your customers wait this long.

I've never had a bad experience at this bank, whereas other locations within this company have made me question why I bank with them. These people are always nice and do their job without question.

Line can run a bit slow if you go during lunch hours or right after work but overall great service, anyone giving a bad review probably just goes at the wrong times. Their staff is cool about questions and remains enthusiastic and I'm satisfied every time I walk out so I fw it. 8.7 / 10

Went in there to cash a check written out from their bank. They still charged us $5.00 to cash their own check.

Horrible service. Why should my business continue to bank with Wells Fargo? They have the worst service and for some reason they are closing drive thru service. So not only do you wait in line for a very long time but also have to deal with rude tellers. Go else where with your money.

Had to wait an hour and a half to set up an account for my children, even though I arrived right on time for my appointment. They kept saying to just “wait five more minutes.” The lady we talked to was clearly not busy. She seemed annoyed when we talked to her.
