The clerk working the evening of 4/11 was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Want a smirk, a snarky comment, hostility, and a nasty attitude when asking a simple question? Go when this jerk is working. Hope he's not related to the owners, so they can kick this twerp to the curb.

This is a very nice store to buy some interesting rocks and it's just outside one of the main entrances to Zion National Park. They have a lot of unique and interesting items here including jewelry items, clocks made from local and unique rocks. Prices can be expensive but they also do have some less expensive items as well. A good place to get some unique stones and jewelry near Zion National Park.

As much as I love this shop, I had a very unpleasant, uncomfortable, and downright rude encounter with the young guy who was working behind the desk. He seemed a lot more interested in his phone than helping customers, but he was also insulting toward myself and my dog! I have an ESA certified animal, which I wasn’t even given time to explain. I must add I had a very different and amazing experience when Tanisha worked, I was coming in to get more pieces and fix the previous one I had purchased which had broken, but this guy lost my sale! I’ve worked in customer service positions for a decade, ranging from Michelin star restaurants to upscale boutique shops in Southern California…to mid-grade delis in Arizona. This guy would’ve been fired from all of them! I look forward to going back when he isn’t working, so that I can spend my money on a spot that truly deserves it. Great place, great products, one bad apple.

I hate giving bad reviews but this one really got my back up. Terrible service, miserable woman who has no concept of customer service and lacks just basic manners. Too busy scrolling on her phone rather than actually helping customers. We put a small stone on the glass cabinet, she then picked up and slammed it on the matt (yes we missed the small sign to say put the stones on the matt) followed by a large sigh like we were stupid. Said goodbye just to be followed by an "un huh". Highly recommended to go and spend your money elsewhere especially if this same lady is on duty which is a shame as the store has a nice selection. There was a tip jar too if she had provided good customer service I would have given a tip.

I’ve never given such a low rating to a business but we busted twice, first a man was working, very sardonic, not helpful and lazy. The second time we came, the woman was very condescending, unhelpful and very put out with our presence.Good selection of rocks but terrible employees.

This is the most unfriendly rock shop I have been to on my trip through Utah (been to 8+ in for last 3 days). I have been to this shop twice this visit because they had a stone I was interested in and neither person at the cash register should be in customer service (a man and a woman)! Both are condescending, short and rude. Don’t bother asking questions to them. Also not friendly to my very well behaved 7 year old. The rocks and minerals at this place are nice and the variety is good but I will never go back after those 2 terrible experiences.
