I used to always go for the clothes but now I find myself spending more and more time looking at makeup and little things to spoil myself like foot scrubs. I'm always amazed at the prices on household goods. Last time I came home with a full set of bright red Teflon high quality pots and pans for $40!

Went shopping here around 9:00 pm. Store was packed with people. The lines were long. We went went to leave there was a sketchy man in the parking lot. He kept following us. We went back to the door and asked a man and his wife to walk us to our car.

I LOVE Ross and this is the dirtiest Ross I have ever been too. The carts are covered in grime and dirt. The floors and corner, filthy. The bathrooms…. I couldn’t even bring myself to enter after seeing the black door that is supposed to be white. Dressing rooms, clothes all left all over the floor in every room. The final straw was behind the counter at checkout. Boxes, hangers, tags, supplies everywhere. I wish I had taken photos. This place needs a professional clean.

I always love the selection at this store. I didn't buy anything this time and may choose other stores in the future. Restroom was locked and when I asked for assistance I was offered access "in just a moment". 5 minutes of waiting later I had to leave. People generally don't ask for Restroom access "just in case they have to go" or anticipating maybe needing a toilet! ;)

Deals are great but they’re always so short handed!! Really makes it hard for those who are not retired to shop unless you have half a day to stand in line! Two out of five registers are being used and the line is looped allllll the way to the back of the store. This happens every time- especially the weekend

This time of year it's definitely not lacking for customers but it is lacking for help. There were only two cashiers and the line literally went from front of the store to the back. Busy, busy, glad they are getting business.They have so many items to choose from linens, kitchen, bathroom, beauty, clothing, shows, seasonings to decor. Plus there are items that you do not always find in regular grocery stores or department stores. These items are more specialty items you'd find online or specific stores. That being said you do have to look around and behind things.

The largest mess I've ever seen. Not organized in the slightest. Nothing is in its correct location, you can't find anything. Very understaffed, looks like Ross needs to pay their employees more so they can get some help to get this place cleaned up to run more efficiently.

Always a disaster! Never able to easily shop at this location because of nothing in any real order or display. I avoid this store and drive the extra 45 mins to enjoy a great looking well stocked Ross elsewhere. Yeah, been to many other Ross stores that BLOW this one outta the water!

Exactly what I expect from Ross. Messy, long lines, stale food (not expired but had melted and sold out anyway... And it wasn't even a real discount) cashier's we're friendly. Typical Ross.

My friend bought a bag of gummy bears here and when we got home we saw that they were completely melted together. They did not melt in the car, they were melted already in the store. We went to return them and they told us we can’t return food products, even though the item they sold us was faulty. We had to ask them for a refund multiple times before they finally agreed. They were very unapologetic and rude, and the manager was really unhelpful. Don’t have a no return policy if you sell garbage products.
