  I only post this in hopes the owner sees it I come here 2-4 times a week all times of day everyone is great but this girl named oramae?? Not sure if spelled that right you can tell she hates her job and customers tried to order hot food tried to give me every excuse to not make it followed but mumbling and sighing. She’s like this every time I come in it’s to the point I will just walk out anytime I see her working and go to another 7-11 customer service skills are ridiculous

  The 7eleven on 3180 w 5400 s worker name Allen will not do card games I was telling my husband he was telling me the same guy will not load cash app. When you don’t have time to go to another store just trying to make it to work on time just irritating when the person working is not responsible.

  Ya I'm not supporting this store anymore. Night shift guy stops alcohol sales early. You'd think the store would care. He won't honor digital coupons because "his manager won't let him" because his "till will be short". It's a digital coupon, I'm paying with card, how is the till short buddy ? get off your high horse. Good thing this guy isn't a cop

  Now I wouldn't typically even bother leaving a review if I had a bad experience once or even twice. But the night shift dude working every night is straight lame status. He had cost me to lose out on money because he says he can't scan a freaking coupon because "his manager told him he couldn't" or can't put money on a card because also his manager told him not to. Cuz of the many mistakes he admitted he's already made... like... if you don't know how to do your job and can't do the simplest of task at that job... why are you even still working there? It blows mind... I've walked in this store about 5 times now and have been denied service, disrespected, insulted and lost out on money because of someone that is not even properly trained to do their job!?!?! So whoever the "manager" is over the night dude here, please remove him from night shift if you can't train him to do the night shift right. I'm sure I'm not the only customer being turned away by him. The dude is an idiot. What kind of people are you trying to have represent your store? The kind that are rude to your customers and don't know how to do their job? What a joke.!

  Your employee Allen that works night shift is the rudest. His comment to the woman in front of me was I need to hurry up and get you people out of my store. He was huffing and puffing about everything having to do with his job. He has zero customer etiquette.

  This old lady employee with white hair, she accused my black friend of stealing simply because his hand were in his pockets. Keep in mind it was 53 degrees outside. I also left a separate complaint for her because she said that we are going to have inappropriate actions in the bathroom with my sister.

  Disgusting bathrooms. Food is way beyond allotted time. The credit card machine never works! I come here daily and It never changes. Definitely one of the worst 7-11s.

  1239 am older gentleman clerkI noticed there was a whole bunch of police officers in the store, so I asked has there been a crime committed? The clerk answered in a rude tone“yes crimes are committed all the time”. I said “no, I mean here is the store open” yes, (short and snappy.)Undeterred, I was determined to be polite anyway. I brought a couple things up to the counter to leave them there as I was not done shopping. And he said “is that it yet?” and I said no I’m not done shopping and he rolled his eyes at me. So, at attempt to lighten the mood, I made mention to the seven police officers taking their break So I said” this must be where they take their break” I also said “boy I bet it must cut down on the panhandling”He says again, in a very rude tone” they take their break wherever they want” it all just depends. I do not know what this guy‘s problem was he didn’t say anything overtly rude. It was the way he was saying it. He must’ve been in a horrible mood because it showed very clearly. I wanna make it clear that this is not about police officers taking a break they deserve to take breaks, and I was happy to see them in good spirits because of course I support them. This was only mentioned because I’ve made it part of my conversation with the clerk. I tried once more, so are you having a good day? And he just responded in a very flat voice. It’s fine again very rude very short very patronizing. I do not know what his problem was.

  Me and girlfriend go into this store to get a drink and cash back. Well I get my drink and my girlfriend is getting her drink. The drink was a red powerade. The red powerades are on the bottom of the rack so she kneels down and grabs her drink as we are walking to go get a frozen burrito for me. I notice the store clerk following us. I turn around and ask "what's up?" He then informs us that we have to let him search the purse. We ask why and he replies with that since he couldn't see us on the cameras that it's store policy to search the bag. We tell him no and we say that you know us. He says I know but, my manager wants me to. We refuse and leave. We go across the street to the other gas station and got what we needed. I believe this all happened because, the owner of the store has a problem with black people. Since my girlfriend is. That is why he did this. We came here all the time and for this to happen. Is utter ridiculous. This store has become so bad since new management has taken over.
