I feel bad for the employees and the training that cricket provides its employees, which sounds like none !!!!.
We went to this location and I mentioned about bundles ( I'm nearing 40 and have been with cricket since I was in Middle School) . The gal said there were no such things as the bundles anymore and that she'd only been working there for a month or two... We went to another location and found that bundles for upgrades were still an option.

New Management!!! Danielle and her team are amazing. I bought a cellphone and it came defective. When I came back to the store to return it, she was so kind and understanding throughout the whole process. She helped me with the return and found the best deal available for my price range. I went here at 7 pm on a weekday, there was a sign that said brb in 30 minutes lunch. Store closes at 8. Pretty late lunch. Waited for almost 40 minutes and nobody came so we left. Someone probably came to close right before 8.

Lucia a sale rep at cricket in taylorsville is amazing at ehat she does she sold me on a iphone 15 pro max in natural titanium That ive been wanting through free upgrade shipping i was scared to not recover anything from my old iphone and she helped me set up a icloud back up She had a smile on her face the whole interaction even when i was getting fraustrated she is amazing and im glad to see that cricket is now hiring people with outstanding customer service skills i will be back in and requesting lucia for all my needs with phones and accessories ❤️❤️❤️
