I have come here twice now since the last manager left and twice there has been no staff at this location. Door has a sign saying be back soon. As a working person how can I pick up my orders when my only break is when they can't staff the store? Shame

The selection of games is a bit disappointing if you are just browsing. Maybe if I had a list of specific games I was looking for they may have had them behind the counter in a drawer, but it's mostly merch impulse buys like funko and plushies. This particular location was a bit disorganized and the prices were all over the place. Look on PSN because many were a lower price during Xmas sale.

They forgot to reset my PS5 when I traded it in and the user who purchased it bought the new call of duty on my account.When I called the store the manager was rude and wouldn’t help me and told me to kick rocks and that me asking for help was making him angry.Extremely unprofessional and not resetting my console violated data privacy laws.Now onto the police report (about this GameStop) and contacting corporate.

I’m only giving one star because I had to. Do NOT BUY from this location. We went in, my son purchased a switch. Their computers crashed during the transaction, we had to pay with a different card because even tho it said nothing processed, it charged us not only once but TWICE. So now we are sitting with $300 dollars that they are refusing to refund us. We’ve talked to customer service, the manager, the other employees and absolutely have made no progress. Everytime we call they tell us to do something else. This is ridiculous.

If I could give negative stars I would.. I would totally give like -5 .. Now, I'm a gamestop kinda guy. I go there every year, around this time ,(xmas) and have never had any problems. Ever.. well the other day I go into this location, pay 350$, say it will be ready in 2-3 business days. I have emails , receipts, confirmation #.. but the lady who helped me that night, is trying to act like I never came and I'm lying about the whole thing! Are you kidding. I swear if my sons gift isn't under the tree come Xmas morning, there will be hell to pay!! Be aware of this location!

My sister and I saved up to get my nephew a Nintendo switch it was going to be his only Christmas present i ordered online and went to pick it up the next morning only to find the employee to tell me it had already been picked up! Apparently the employee didn't check the persons i d and somehow they picked it up at the exact time I ordered it with the order number which strongly makes me think the employee had something to do with it being stolen and the worst part gamestop will not replace the system or refund my money until they resolve the situation!? Its been almost a week and nothing has been done so my nephew is not getting a Christmas thanks gamestop your employees are thieves

Every time I go into a gamestop this one or any other one, the employees are ALWAYS on the phone. I don't receive any good customer service when I enter a game stop. You guys lost out on sales because the employees are constantly on the phone. I will never shop at any game stop stores again.

Lots of nice people at the store. Employees are usually really helpful. For some reason they don't know when they open. Second time coming here waiting 15 minutes for them to open the door.

Went in to purchase a few things all their blackfriday signs and deals were still up and employee refused to honor the signs all over the store! I will never shop at Gamestop again. For shame.

The manager of this store was amazing! Made good on something that had gone wrong for a while that was not his fault. He went way above and beyond to make it right! Will definitely be spending more money here!

Customer Service was very attentive and pleasant to talk to. When you purchase any product, you earn points. With these points, you can make a purchase and get it for free with said points. Workers have always been extremely nice
