Had a Recall on Our Car. Took to The Tremonton Location which Was Phenomenal.
Very Efficient, Respectful with plenty of Staff to get The Car done, starting at A 9am drop off until it was done by 3pm same day! No B.S. just Good work. 👍🏾

Had a fault code on my F-250 and stopped by to make appointment. They were able to work my truck in that very day. I appreciated the responsiveness and they were able to fix the problem. Great customer focus!

Took my car in to have a recall issue fixed and to see why the check engine light was on. They charged me $180 bucks for a diagnostic check. Even after I put $40 of my own money into the loaner car that they gave to me empty. Won’t be back.

You charge to much for just to hook up the computer to the vehicle to check codes.

My van broke down during a road trip and the staff at Heritage were able to fit me in within a couple of hours, had the part they needed, and had me on my way same day. So so grateful they were able to help, they were lifesavers. I had a great experience here and appreciated the comfy customer area and drinks provided.

Got me in right away for a service. There were a few things that could have been on the spot fixed like a filter and coolant level that I would’ve approved of. I wish they would’ve called while they had it in the bay . Now I’ve got to spend more time that I don’t have to fix these small things.

You and your staff were very friendly and not pushy. I felt like you personally gave me sound advice and you were not just trying to make a sale. Your showroom and inventory and lot were clean and your employees looked and acted professional. You helped me understand the different truck packages and options and narrow down what I was looking for and then you quickly did the work to find the different trucks available in your network until we found the right one. After you drove and checked out my trade-in vehicle and heard my story about it you gave a good value for it. As I was deciding what to do you responded quickly to my text questions with phone calls and texts.. You were also very fair in helping me get the tires I wanted. At the end of the buying experience I drove away in my new truck feeling happy with my vehicle and my decision and like I’d been treated fairly and kindly. I give my highest ratings.
