Dave and Ethan did my water softener and reverse osmosis water purification system.They were very professional, good pricing, friendly, supportive, consulted with me and answered all my questions to set up the system with all the features in all the places I wanted.Great company, highly recommend!

I needed a new water softener and Water Protection One was recommended to me. I scheduled an appointment with them and Ethan came to do the install. Ethan was friendly, efficient, and did quality work. I also felt their pricing was very fair and competitive. I learned they also install reverse osmosis (RO) systems and set up another appointment with Ethan to have a new RO system installed. I had a similar positive experience with the RO system install. The service was great again and the pricing was fair. Water Protection One did great work for me and I'm glad I went with them.

The technician was personable and did a thorough job replacing my water filters. He test the water to make sure system was good.He also test the water softener and inspected that also.

I called them in the morning to fix a water leak and was lucky they had an opening that morning. They quickly assessed the problem, but had to order a part. They sourced it that same day and called back to fix it but I wasn’t available. They showed up the following morning and had it fixed in an hour. Ethan communicated quickly, figured out my problem and the service was great. I’ll reach out to them again
