Absolutely terrible customer service, Person behind the counter had 0 knowledge on batteries. I asked if the battery was a maintenance free battery and she mistook it as they would not maintain my battery for “free”. Trainer “manager” was on hisPersonal cellphone instead of working an empty store counter with one customer in the store. He assumed I was being aggressive when I asked the female behind the counter does she know what a maintenance battery free battery is. Absolutely would not recommend to anyone that needs a specific battery for their power’s ports toys

I was trying to get some information from the associate I talked 2 on the phone and he was pretty rude. I asked him for the battery that he had on file for a motorcycle and he wanted the specific model. I told him and he said it wasn't listed. I asked him what the price was for the batteries that he had listed for my motorcycle type. And he got all rude with me and told me to go look on my bike. I'm not even by my bike and then he hung up on me. I wouldn't go to this store at all.

Google Maps and their phone message says they're open till 7, but they're signed on the doors as they close. At 5 PM every night they really need to tell somebody before people drive out of their way to get here. Other cars were pulling up the same time I was.

Needed a round flat battery. Went to lowes, walmart, cal Ranch, and haurbor Freight. Nobody had it but batteries plus did.

Went to batteries Plus Todd help me out I went to the West Jordan to get a truck battery got what I wanted had it in stock and he even installed it for me very much appreciated very good customer service treat you like you're a human doesn't talk down to you I plan on going back and getting a battery for my generator thank you very much.

Worst experience ever trying to buy a battery this morning! Be sure not to touch the front door before they open or you will be reprimanded by the grouchy employee!

1st experience was wonderful my battery lasted 2 yrs . Second experience battery barely lasted 3 weeks and for the warranty you have hoops to jump through just to screw you over . If you can't just warranty a battery before 30 days when there is no damage to the battery then you know there is going to be foul play . I will buy a battery from else where for now on .

Website said open at 10 on Sundays and it is not. The SE for Sunday doors locked.

I wish I could give this place a zero star rating. Please read the reviews and not go to this place! They will rip you off. I spent $140 to get a phone screen replaced, which was not properly replaced correctly. Which they will not fix, take your business else where.

Went first thing in the morning and waited for them to open at 9 on Saturday I'd had called the day before to make arrangements to come in and get key fob programmed. Once opened I went in and spoke with person there and was told she couldn't do cause she was alone,bummer!!!! But after looking around the store was empty and she went ahead and tried. Now I'm skeptical already cause I've spoken to several different people including the stealership and it's the same tune lots of money and takes several hours. Bamm!!!! 10 minutes later it's was done and I was very impressed. Big shot out to Jen. Thanks batteries plus you guys are great.
