I'd like to see the worst shopping experience in my life. I have no people working there and the two people that work there have no idea what they were doing. I spent 30 minutes trying to buy something and finally gave up and walked away.

With all the choices you have to buy the same things online or locally but cheaper, you'd think these guys would try a little harder to keep you as a customer. Definitely gone down hill, shop somewhere that treats you with at least a tiny bit of respect.

You can find a lot of different things at this store. Place is clean and well organized but not very service oriented. Everytime I have been, not one employee has gone out of their way to say how are you. The prices seemed to be pretty steep. But if you are looking for something that not very many people have, this could be your place.

I believe this is the bed bath & beyond location that is closing. When we went there were nothing good left, I probably went to late. But it is sad that such a good and fun store to visit is decrease the amount of physical stores.

The CSR worked hard at helping me, but was unsuccessful. They did not have what I was looking for today. And while that item was listed online at a reasonable price, I feel a lot of their pricing is high.

I was looking for a very specific curtain rod that they didn't have in the store. Chelsey patiently searched the web site in the store with me, even after the store closed, until we found exactly what I needed. Then she had it shipped to my home for a nominal shipping cost. Great customer service.

Great customer service. I asked a lot of questions and even had a manager help out. She took time to make sure all of my questions were answered thoroughly. She had a lot of great information about the product that I didn't know or even thought to ask about.
