Will never shop here again. Best Buy only allows a 14 day window to exchange or return a bad product. New manager is rude and unhelpful, as I spent over 8k in last 2 years in hus store and he could care less about continued purchases. Less than 30 days ago I bought a $500 soundbar and has connetivity issues and needs replacing. Since problems didn't manifest within 14 days my only option is to work manufacturer (they aren't readily available). Their attitude is I should have purchased a $50 service plan. Maybe young people think this fair. Not me

Ordered my first gaming PC. Went with a CyberPowerPC. Great quality for a great price. Customer service was good. I’m sure I’ll be back.

We waited in line under the customer service to return things for 25 min just to be told at the front that “returns are next line over..”Well how about fix your damn signs, end up being in here for an hour just for a simple return. Change your signage! Anything!! Please ? stop wasting the consumer’s time because of you’re inability to label things correctly

Store employees clearly don't care about customer service or are so inept that they can't. I had to go into the store twice to purchase a washer and dryer, and they still got it wrong. Luckily, the delivery driver clarified what they were bringing versus what I ordered. He made it right, but I have to deal with no dryer for a week because of this mishap. Long story short, I need a gas dryer. They sold me an electric. I asked for an installation for the gas dryer because it involves sealing off the gas line, which I didn't want to risk doing. I didn't purchase an installation for the washer because hooking up 2 supply lines and a plug really isn't work the +$50. Right? At any rate. I am not impressed with this location, especially when communicating with other associates for a different purchase.

Bailey and Roquelle were so amazingly helpful with our customer service needs. Absolutely what customer service should be. Extremely nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. They both deserve raises!

Absolutely do not trust next day delivery option if you need your item. They will decide to layer ship FedEx and require a signature.. so unless you have days to just wait all day around your house. Dont bother. I am so livid and disappointed. I would have picked up the items if it wasn't being sent with a 3rd party delivery app like roadie for actual same day and next day as offered Terrible way to do business to the point this is my last transaction I will do with Best Buy. Customer care is unfortunely useless and just there to say sorry and not actually resolve anything. They refused to switch to pick up even though Fedex is not going to even be there to pick up their deliveries from that store until late in the afternoon.. take it back.. sort again.. and then load on the actual delivery truck and get it to me.

I went to best buy to browse some products and yes the employees asked me multiple times if I needed assistance at the time I did not however, I did feel as if they thought I was going to steal since I was waiting for my husband to get out of the restroom. Once we found what we needed I did have a question however, where did the employees go?? They literally disappeared when I did need assistance. What in the actual hell. When I made my way to check out the young lady was playing with her hair I said Hi and was ignored and looked at as if my presence was an inconvenience to her. I left what I wanted to get due to the lack of customer service. At this point our society has gone down the drain. Please bring in AI and I bet my experience will be much better.

We had the pleasure of working with Maritza. She was really great and super patient with walking us through the different types of laptops, and iPads and was also helpful with doing a trade in & helping us set everything up. We really appreciated that someone took the time and had the patience to help us through step by step. Highly recommend her she was fantastic!!

Their Geek Squad has screwed things up in multiple ways. I needed my cooling system in my computer replaced. I was also running out of storage. So I brought my computer in.We agreed to slap two new hard drives into my system. One NVME, and one SSD. (in addition to the original SSD hard drive) And I ended up purchasing a $200+ cooling system from Best Buy. (And they signed me on to their $180/year Geek Squad membership apparently.)It took awhile. (Two weeks) The work was supposed to be done two days ago. They had all of the parts 4 days ago. They finally called me last night to report the work done, just before the store was closing. So I came in today. Then I found out they had removed the original SSD hard drive for some reason. I asked why. They weren't certain, and told me that someone should have called to clarify what to do about things. I told them that we had come up with a plan when I brought my computer in, in the first place.Their Tech (Bingham) told me that he could put my old SSD back in, if he could take it in the back and wipe it first. (Sure. Why not.) Then it took about an hour for him to reinstall the damned thing.Then, when he was done, we discovered that the Tech had lost a part from my computer. He told me they'd keep looking. It is crucial for properly seating the glass side of my computer. The glass could potentially shatter, without it. And then the thermal profile of my computer would be screwed, so it could overheat. And I just had them replace the cooling system! (This, in addition to the unnecessary danger of broken glass?) I insisted that they replace this part, and give me a work order number for replacing that part.Steve, the head of the Geek Squad there, offered to pay me for the part. No... /replace/ it. FIX my PC to the way it is supposed to be. I supplied them with the contact info for the computer's Manufacturer. (Even though I bought this PC through Best Buy)Then I got home (an hour and a half later) and discovered that my computer wouldn't even boot up properly. GREAT. Attempts to call the store were unsuccessful. I was told that both Steve and the Store Manager (Jesus) were busy. I attempted to talk to BestBuy Corporate, and that resulted in nothing. At this point I'm opening a BBB complaint. I'm wondering if I can properly trust them to do any future work for me?

There costumer service workers are a joke.And also there foreign and can’t understandThere Rude. They send you to the wrong people. STOP HIRING FOREIGN PPL CANT UNDERSTAND they were not helping they kept sending me to the same person and they keep saying the store is very busy instead of helping.

This location is the best location in SLC. Every staff member is polite, and very knowledgeable. I’m not tech savvy so I rely on them for honest advice and they have yet to lead me wrong. They never try to oversell you, they listen to my needs and point towards the products that best fit them. Colin, a manager i believe was very helpful when I had issues with my GoPro camera I received for Father’s Day. He went out of his way to help me understand and get the most out of my new toy. This is definitely my go to location for all my electronics.

So the staff at this Best buy is amazing. They did a great job.The Best buy POS system is terrible.We have had so much trouble whenever we purchased stuff from Best buy because of their broken point of sale system.Today we purchased an open box TV which apparently wasn't updated in their system so we paid too much. Their system was so broken that he couldn't just refund it and recharge it correctly. He had to refund it and then recharge it but use a store gift card or something to pay the balance for us. Ridiculous, the poor guy.And you know it's rampant through all of their shops. A few years back we purchased a Kitchen set, stove, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. There was some kind of issue that they didn't have them anymore and weren't getting any anymore. No big deal. Just refund us our money and we'll buy something else.No joke. Something got broken and they held on to our money for months and months. We're fortunate enough that we were able to just go to RC Willey and buy a nice set. But if we were not so fortunate we would have been without our money and without a stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher for like 6 months. We tried to get it fixed so many times and they just said there's nothing they can do about it. They have to get it escalated to their specialty team. Whatever that means. So their point of sale system is awful.Employees are great, I feel terrible that they have to work with such a broken system.

Bought a protective watch cover and they would not help me or show me how to put it on. They wanted to charge me $8 to help. That is 1/2 of what I paid for the cover. They were not busy. We have bought our phones there, covers and watch. I will not shop there again.

This seems like a much smaller store than the other ones I’ve been in. I don’t come to Best Buy often but my friend wanted to look at speakers. They seemed to be out of a lot of things and not stocked well. They had the demo speaker but were out of ones to purchase. I looked for some cute phone cases for my iPhone 13 and they had none. Their selection of phone cases was a sad sight to see. And no cute ones for any type of phone. I looked at laptop covers and again found an even smaller supply of those for my MacBook Air!! We walked out without buying anything. Kind of disappointing. Plus they’ve got some kind of Walmart greeter up front in some kind of podium. Is she supposed to check receipts? I don’t know but kinda weird. You could tell that whatever her job duties are, she hates them.
