Amazing staff! Everyone can see how understaffed they are, but these people are amazing!

Naz is such an amazing pharmacist!!! This lady does it all, multi tasking to the max and excellent advice.I’ve heard how badly staffed cvs is now-n-days but I am grateful for her commitment. Many others have the choice to go to other pharmacies im not sure why they have to complain, I’ve never had a bad experience here. I understand I take the risk of longer lines, we’re adults

Got there before close. One person was being helped at the counter. The representative moved on to me and brought my son’s Rx to the counter, scanned my ID. As I was getting ready to pay, “uh oh” new year, new insurance. I felt so bad but handed my card over. He looked like he didn’t know what to do with it. The pharmacist Naz, whom was out of sight, said “we’re closed.” I thought she was saying that to the other lady that was still lingering, not understanding why she couldn’t pick her Rx up. Then Naz nudged the employee aside, took my card and walked away. Seconds later she said I had to come back tomorrow with the Rx card and that this one was for hospitals. I knew better. I flipped it over and read the Rx bin number to her. She LIED! Naz said “we are closed,” and, SHOCKINGLY, shut the accordion door. I have used this pharmacy for 17 years. NEVER have I been treated like this. Naz is a pharmacist?? She is showing other employees that it is acceptable to be mean to customers.

Writing specifically about the new pharmacist in charge, Naz. My wife arrived close to closing(but not closed yet!) to pick up my son’s prescription, which was filled and ready to pick up. The young man working the counter was ready to assist my wife. However, Naz came over and told the worker “tell her we’re closed.” The worker continued to try and check out my wife so she wouldn’t have to come back. My wife mentioned our insurance had changed, and Naz pushed the worker out of the way and said “you’ll have to come back tomorrow,” and slammed the metal closing gate in my wife’s face. As I read the other reviews from the past few months since Naz has been at this pharmacy, it’s plain to see that she doesn’t like her job, doesn’t like people, and shouldn’t be in a customer facing position. CVS needs to do something about her, because she is messing with people’s health with her horrible customer service and reluctance to fill prescriptions and putting people off.

The pharmacy as gone downhill in recent years. Unfortunately, they have not had the medicine I've needed and I've had to wait for almost 2 weeks for them to fill one of my prescriptions! I tried to call them, but was on hold for over an hour. When I drove there to speak in person, I waited over an hour only to learn they didn't have the medicine in stock and wouldn't get a shipment in for the next few days. Very dissatisfied with their customer service. One manager came out and was loudly telling an older gentleman that he should manage all his prescriptions online. The poor man was just trying to resolve his prescriptions and was advised to do so online. I was given the same advice, however my issues can not be resolved online which is why I went into the store. So disappointing and frustrating to not be given the time of day by someone I have to rely on monthly. I have since switched pharmacies and I love being treated with care now.

The West Jordan CVS pharmacy within Target at Jordan Landing USED to be wonderful. The chief pharmacist there was a warm, kind man who cared about people and was extremely professional. The customer service was great. They helped us out of some difficult situations with insurance etc…But then something went terribly wrong. I don’t know what, but it was bad enough to cause this great guy to leave. He bailed out and good thing because someone somewhere within CVS management has made this location a disaster. They are chronically under staffed. The poor folks behind the counter are stressed to the max. They look like they haven’t slept in days. One poor girl, working all alone was trying to help a line of at least ten people, while the phone was ringing off the hook. It looked like she was going to cry. Every time I go in, there is a new face because they can’t keep employees. They literally work a week or two then quit. Customers service is cold, impersonal, slow and frustrating.I highly discourage anyone from using this location of CVS. I’m moving our business to the Smiths pharmacy on 90th South and 38th west in West Jordan. I’ve seen the same pharmacists working there for years. They seem to be well staffed, competently managed, efficient and friendly.

I spent two hours waiting. That’s probably my fault, but it is unbelievable how bad their service is. When searching Flu shot CVS is one of the first to pop up. Walks ins are supposedly available. I walked in and they required an appointment which I was fine with although I was a bit irritated because they were not busy and could have easily taken me in. I waited until my appointment but this is where I drew the line. I was supposed to arrive 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment which I did. Again they were not busy. I was sat down and told to wait to be called up. After 10 minutes of my scheduled appointment I go back up to see what’s taking so long. Rudefully I get told sit down you’ll be called up. I waited a half hour after my scheduled appointment for them to keep calling other people who are just arriving to pick up. Worst pharmacy.

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. They texted me Sunday at 2pm to tell me they were working on my son's medication. I arrived there a few hours later. Just to have the pharmacist give me dirty looks the whole time I am standing in line. She finally comes to assist me and tells me that it isn't ready she will have it ready tomorrow. I arrive Monday night after 6pm. Huge line, I get it they are short staffed. I get up to the register and she tells me to wait. She goes back and starts filling a medication. That's fine, again she is alone. She finally comes to assist me. Tells me sorry it's not ready and I have no one here to fill it. I advise her that he is completely out now and that they text me Sunday afternoon to tell me it was being prepared I also mention she told me it would be ready that day (same pharmacist). She finally fills it. Tells me it is an outrageous price. I have been getting my son's meds there for months. She then goes to the other register, says she has no insurance on file. I give her my card. She comes back and tells me insurance denied it and that she is too busy and has a long line and that I need to go elsewhere. I ask her for a few pills for him and then I can get things figured out with insurance. She declines that. I offered to pay the full amount. She then asks if I want a 30 day supply. I tell her whatever is easiest for her. As she is changing the amount she is back there slamming things around and just not happy. I apologize this is a novel but I have never been treated this way by any pharmacy. I also understand being short staffed. But do not take it out on your customers especially when it is involving medications.I am never going back to this CVS again.

If I could rate this pharmacy a zero I would. We have been there twice in three weeks to try and pick up my pregnancy medication. They have told us that they are so understaffed they have no idea when they can fill it, and never EVER answer the phone. I understand being understaffed, but treating patients with life threatening conditions like they have is absolutely unacceptable. Please save your time and money and go elsewhere. We will not be coming back.

They used to be great when Kevin was the Pharmacist (several years ago). Now they are rude, lie about having your RX ready and do auto refill without permission and two weeks prior to the previous one expiring; collecting the money from the insurance company. Requested transfer to another pharmacy and they only transferred 2 out of 5 prescriptions. ?????

I'm sorry to have to leave such a horrible review bcuz I know that there's been some great people who have worked here in the past. Unfortunately, I have to be honest this is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Also, there's so many people who share the same as I do. The experience is ridiculous and trying to get in contact with them by phone is even worse. I have waited for over 2 1/2 hours and nobody ever answered. If I have to check on my prescriptions I have to go to the pharmacy at least 4 or 5 times a week just to maybe get 1 of my prescriptions. Yeah it's time to change pharmacies as others are currently doing. They should just close this pharmacy down. Nobody wants to work there and when they do get a pharmacist that is descent they end up leaving. I have had to pay cash for my prescriptions bcuz the pharmacist didn't do her job and process the insurance information correctly. I could go on and on. I'm happy to hear that several people have reported this. I'm not sure nor do I care anymore as I am changing to a lot better pharmacy.

I dont like leaving bad reviews based off an individual but twice now I’ve gone to the pharmacy here and Naz has been nothing but impatience and rude to me both times I’ve gone to get my prescriptions.I don’t know what I did or how I came off but she’s very short with her responses and has an uppity attitude.Today I went to go pick up my prescription and she said they don’t have anything, I asked to make sure my name was spelled right and she rolled her eyes and said nope, we don’t have anything. I said let me try to call and see if my doctor will answer then she responds by saying “are you gonna call or can I get back to the other customers? They’re all waiting”.Mind you only 1 or 2 people were waiting behind me and I wasn’t there for that long.Being understaffed is understandable but having a bad attitude while at work is not a vibe.

The pharmacist told me they were too busy to fill prescriptions and to go somewhere else (it was sent electronically, so I can't easily do that). The lady in front of us (with all her children in tow) was told they couldn't do their immunizations, even though they had made appointments online. I'm not sure what they do here, if not those two things.

Way too understaffed all the time. Multiple people in line and only one poor person working and the phone ringing constantly. I had an appointment for a flu shot and they couldn’t do it because there was no one there that could.
