This is the worst store ....... customer service was horrible ........the girl employ in there gave us crusty looks the whole time.....never a hello or a smile..... she followed us around and was waiting for my son to do something so she could yell at him and sure enough he claimed In The bottom shelf and she did what she was waiting for. Told him to get out of there. And than she continued to give us crusty looks.... I will never shop at this store again NEVER..... I would rate this store a zero star.....

The sales associate couldn't care less if you were in the store or not. When I found her and ask for different size or style, No and order it online is all she could muster. If I wanted to shop online I wouldn't have come into the store!!!

Tonight I came in at 847pm...and the store was closed!!!! I pounded on the window and employees saw me but didnt come to front of store. So we went to bath and body and bought our products. Came wallking by and guess what a manager and a employee cashing out their till at 908pm. Wow! Wow! Closing store early and ignoring my services on top of that! Wow! I took pics too so they knew I was serious. And they ran and hide in back and waited till I left to exit building from front doors. I cant believe the people you hire... Again... Wow! Id rate a zero!

Worst shopping experience ever as a customer. Store managers Jeff and Brittany had myself and my girlfriend tailed why shopping in stores and when I voiced my opinion for them to be more discreet when talking amongst themselves when having employees tailing customers, after we were rung up for the shoes we were purchasing they refused to sell us shoes asked us to leave because they said we were attacking them by voicing our opinion and asking why we were being tailed and security called in? Do no shop at this store worst customer service !!!

I asked the Assistant Manager (Brittany) if there was a pair of shoes in a size 6 for my daughter, and she was so rude and told me she didn't know and then said in a rude manner to bring the shoes I asked about to her, I can see if she's busy helping another customer, but the way her tone and attitude toward me was I wouldn't tell anyone to shop at this store. Fyi to the rude assistant manager, don't judge people by the way they look, I've got a condition called alopecia areata totalis, which is hair loss. People are just so rude and ungrateful, if people like me didn't purchase things from your company you wouldn't get a paycheck. This girl needs some training on customer service skills and how to treat customers with respect. I didn't deserve to be treated like that!! If I could give Zero rating I definitely would because of her sh*tty attitude!! I won't be back even though it's a short distance from my home I'll go to the mall before I go back to that store!!
