I am so disappointed in this store and the way my return was handled. I went in and had the girl print a receipt from my daughter’s email so I could do a return. I found the same shoe in a different color but because my daughter had used a BOGO they would only give me what she spent towards my new shoes instead of exchanging or honoring the coupon. **these are the same price shoe just a different color** They told me if I wouldn't have had a receipt they would've given me full in-store credit. I have spent hundreds of dollars at Famous Footwear and done lots of returns and have never had a problem or been treated so rudely. Meanwhile, I still have the shoes in the wrong color that don't fit. Kids should not be running these stores by themselves.

Went in last week and exchanged some shoes which went well. While I was there I was told that if I brought in shoes to donate (that are in good condition). Im able to get a 5 off coupon that would reflect on my account 24hrs later. I came in a week later with a like new pair of shoes and was told if I wasn’t buying anything they didn’t know how to help me. I looked around to see if I found anything and felt like I was being followed the whole time. This experience made me super uncomfortable. Brandi as well as other employees lack the appropriate training and we’re not helpful at all. Lastly, I was told to scan a QR code to get the credit and do it myself. Apparently her coworker was too busy to help and she didn’t know how.

The shoe store is okay but some of the employees are young and just plain rude and have a snotty attitude.

Not that anyone cares. I was looking to try on some tennis shoes, I had worn sandals in the store. I couldn't find the bootie socks any where. Not a single employee spoke to me. So I saw some socks on clearance near the shoes. So I got them, all intention to buy them. So, I got some shoes and the socks with original package, took them to the counter for purchase. There was 4 people around the counter, no customers. When I walked up to make my purchase the young lady was very rude. The first thing she said , " for future reference you need to purchase the socks before you put them on." She was not kind, then she just told me the amount of my purchase. So no one, says hi, no one found on the floor for help, no bootie socks to be found, everyone gathered around the counter talking about he'll knows what. Thank for reminding me why I don't shop at famous foot wear only every 5 years.

Every time I go to Famous Footwear I'm treated with respect, no matter how I look, & the staff is always as helpful as they can possibly be.... if it's busy obviously they're might be a lil wait time, but they're all still very professional about it. I will continue to shop here for pretty much any shoe, or foot related things, that I need & would recommend shopping, &/or working, at pretty much any location!

My daughter took me here for my Bday. Yeah!!! I found a pair of black tie & zip booties & slip-on tennis type shoes I can wear with everything. Both my feet are paralyzed & both of my pair are quite easy in & out & look Fabulous

if i could, i would give them ZERO stars. out of the 3 employees i saw in the store- not one person stopped to ask if i was doing okay, needed help or anything! i have worked retail most of my life and manage a store. if i ever treated customers the way i was treated today, i wouldn’t get any business. The entire store was a mess, the shoes were in wrong places and wrong boxes. Once we got to the counter, the girl had a horrible attitude after she ASKED me if i found everything okay. i simply told her what my experience was and she immediately turned into grouch o marks. i probably won’t be returning to this location until you reevaluate your employees or get better ones. also, please ensure the store is semi clean and the shoes are where they’re supposed to be.

Horrible experience ever, I think the name guy is Isaac or something like that, is unprofessional, unrespectfull, I asked information for exchange my shoes and he was in attitude, then he yelling me and call me names in spanish, hope famous footwear teach some classes of costumer service nest time because he used inappropriate language offending. Never ever come back to this store.

The reason I like this place is they don't have more show options "in the back." What you see on the shelf IS the entire inventory. Great selection and great prices, especially if you get over there during a BOGO event. Staff is helpful and checkout time is fine.
