I have been going to this location for years, recently I was approved for their credit card.What a mistake that was. If I would have known how bad this business has become I wouldn’t have applied and went elsewhere. What happened to this company the Jeremy who I spoke with after making a appointment online, rescheduled my appointment to the following day because of no inventory on tires. Told me my balance was over $600.00 ( I was accepting of the price) however what tire did you order me? How many did you order? IHe answered 3 but actually I need 4, the latest tire purchase from there is defective it has a bulge on the sidewall and it looks like it’s pulling away from another part of the tire. . He told me to drop off my car in the morning and I will have it back by the end of the day. When asking him about an alignment he said he only has one mechanic, and he will see what he can do, if anything.Don’t buy the unlimited alignment it only good every 6,000 miles or 6 months.So to sum it up, one mechanic, no inventory of tires, rescheduled appointment, I have No idea what tires he choose for me to buy for my car and to top it off with a statement “ We are the only Firestone in Utah. What does that have to do with anything?I am stuck with this place for now I have no other choice.Thank you Firestone for your declining service.

0 stars. They have 5:00pm available to make appointments but they are close at that time even tho in here says 6:00pm. I got there and an old lady was closing and she was very rude .

I have being doing my aligments since 5 years ago, and it has being a great service. With appoinment a get out in less that 30 min. I soon i pull up to the place, they start working on truck...Desk people are respectfull to me and i do the same.I went with a different licence plate and no issue. The guy used the bin number to see that it was on the list as mine still. It should not be on the licence plate. The bin should be the one to use all the time.Service: Wheel alignment

- 5 stars I have gone years to this location and have never had a problem until now about my lifetime tire alignment I purchased it and just because the plates changed they didn’t want to do the alignment the lady (Michelle) working was rude about it and ask why the plates changed I told her I have brought the car here for years and they never asked that I’m the original owner and only owner and it’s the same vehicle she than told me to show her the registration and I did and like I said nothing changed I didn’t record the whole conversation but after I was recording she changed her attitude said that they could do it now but after I have made an appointment for weeks before she stated they had to keep the vehicle until 5pm said why if I got there early at 8am so I could use my only vehicle at that point I realized she was just trying to be difficult that’s when I asked for a corporate number to state my frustration said she couldn’t give me one and to talk to the store manager the next day. I always wonder why they shut down all the stores now I know lost a customer I’ll just try the competitors.Service: Wheel alignment

The main advantage to Firestone is the lifetime alignment they offer and yet at this location you have to schedule an alignment over a month out, so I end up having to go elsewhere. That lifetime alignment is very expensive and was a big waste of money. There are better places to go for auto service.Service: Wheel alignment

Very bad communication one person says one thing is part of the warranty and set me an appointment then the next thing I know they call back and tell me it's not part of the warranty and I'm wrong and they act like it's somebody else's fault without even looking into the situation and just blames the other person and offers no help. I will not be going here for any of my maintenance! ?

I work out of town and come for the holidays and my time is limited. I called for an alignment that I have lifetime for my car. I had new tires put on while I was away and wanted to make an appointment but was told they are short on techs and had to make an appointment a month away never had to do a month appointment for an alignment that is already paid for.

They were very nice and got my boyfriend and I in when we got a flat tire. Grateful that they were to help us and they changed our tires fairly quickly even though it was last minute.

The woman that works the front counter is very. very rude. I took my car in yesterday on 10/22 in the afternoon to see if they could look at my battery, she said i could not leave my car and it would be about a week to get it in.about four weeks ago my son was having radiator problems and I called and she said the same thing. So we waited until the store closed and we dropped it off and it was fixed the next day!!! The gentleman at the counter has always been friendly!But she seems to turn business away. Firestone is a great company but dealing with her is a nightmare.

The guys looked over the vehicle's maintenance history and they told me a major tune up is unnecessary. I am good for another 35k+ miles and they did a road worthiness check to confirm I am good on my old Tahoe till the next milestone of 200k milesThis people at thus establishment routinely care for my vehicle and they regularly save me money both in real dollars out if pocket or avoided future costs
