We went to do curb side pick up and the woman and customer service started snapping at us. Then when we asked for a supervisor she got even meaner. Go to another Home Depot! Manager said she would come out never say her never got an apology. Not going back to this store.

My husband went in for a 3x3 piece of carpet pad for a carpet repair. Carpet pad is sold by the sq ft or in rolls. The associate at the American Fork Utah store would not sell him the piece he needed and made him buy an entire roll. Unacceptable.

No one will answer the phone there. Put on hold and transfered multiple times. The phone rang for 15 minutes straight. I was also misquoted rental price, went in and charged almost double. This happened twice.
