Have been on hospice way too long can't seem to die fast enough. The delivery service had been excellent but the last 2 months just horrible . if they do show up they run back to car faster than I can for sure.. The only thing I can think of of is order much sooner which I prefer not to . and now I'm posting this out of anger I might just go to the er. And see if they can help...i.m a less than 1% person for sure. I don't count any longer but sure could use some help.

Wife is on hospice. Nurse called in crucial med over weekend to have delivered first thing Monday morning before noon. I called at 11:30 to make sure was coming. Was told wouldn't be here until 5pm. Told them important. They said sorry. Horrible customer service. A hospice patient needing crucial med and they didn't care. I offered to go pick up and was told I couldn't. Against the rules. My wife is now miserable and can hardly breath and they don't care. Lifecare???? I don't think so. More like Life I Don't Care.
