I have a Spinal cord injury and I went in today and was greeted by a very friendly and handsome man by the name of Therence. He took his time with me and made me feel comfortable. He showed me several different mattress to make sure I found the best one for me. I felt so at ease and comfortable with Terence that my husband who has MS looked at some and we bought two mattress tonight.Thank you Terence, it was a real pleasure meeting you.

Therence is the most knowledgeable mattress guy I’ve ever met. He was amazing and not pushy. It was really nice and he took the time to make sure we were comfortable.

Received delivery today after waiting several weeks due to an item being out of stock. Unfortunately, the delivery agent identified that the delivery was damaged and therefore undeliverable. It happens. But the process for fixing it is weird. They couldn't simply handle it and schedule a delivery for a replacement or arrange for someone else to bring out a replacement later today. I had to call the store back where I bought the item, track down the sales person / manager, and initiate a replacement request. There is no process to expedite replacement deliveries. And tomorrow's delivery schedule was already full. So I was stuck waiting until they could fit me in, like it was an inconvenience to them to fix their problem. After some pressure, they made an exception and got me into a delivery tomorrow in the middle of a family party we are hosting. So that will be really convenient.So basically, they hauled off my old mattress and we are sleeping on the floor until they can make special arrangements to deliver during our family party. The other alternative was to deliver on Sunday, Christmas Eve or "sometime next week".This has obviously tainted my entire experience. Will I like the mattress? Hopefully. But will I shop at Mattress Firm again? As of right now I am rather unimpressed.

What a great place to buy a mattress! It had been several years since I purchased one so I wasn't quite sure which one to get. I did some research online and had two in mind. Therence did an awesome job at helping me choose the best mattress for my needs. After trying the two mattresses I had in mind, Therence suggested I try another one. Sure enough, that is the one that I chose. His kindness, knowledge, patience and personable demeanor is a great asset to your company. He did a fantastic job in helping me select a good mattress at a great price. Thank you!

Way easy process to get the warranty approved. Took a few photos and uploaded them. Got a notice two days later that it was approved. Easy! Then went to a store a picked out a replacement. Like I said Easy!

I was greeted by Terrance immediately upon entering the store.He was very courteous and asked if I needed any help regarding a bed. He showed me several mattresses and I finally chose one because of his knowledge and experience plus Terrance answered every question that was asked to him.He completed my transaction quickly and efficiently.

I was so pleased with the customer service that I received from Therence. I have been talking about purchasing a mattress for about 1 year, and if it were not for the time and patience that Therence showed me, I probably would still be looking. He had a great attitude and took pride in his job; at one point, I asked him a question that he didn’t know, and he told me that was a good question, but he needed to call and find out. We have had a mixed experience. Kelly the store manager has been amazing to work with and has made me feel like a valued customer even though we had some very frustrating issues with the delivery company they use and then lack of communication with corporate. We brought this issue to Kelly, who we purchased our mattress from, and he has been very empathetic to our situation and gave us many options to decide what we want to do. The 5 stars is specifically all about Kelly and his team and how caring they were. Thank you Kelly.
