The employee with the short white hair i think her name was abby was extremely rude and gave me attitude after I returned some items and when I asked if she can throw away my bag she snatched the bag out of hand and said nothing but rolled her eyes

I would give this store five stars if the assistant manager was the manager! The manager at this location is terrible. I have overheard her talking about her employees in such terrible ways. And she always seems very grumpy and never helpful.I have always had great experiences with the assistant manager. She's patient knowledgeable and has a positive attitude.

I have never left a store crying, but congratulations, Sally, you succeed. Having the cashier sit and Insult at me from the minute I walked in the door to the minute I was at the register checking out.I don't think Sally's cares about their customers like they used to. It's too bad I loved Sally's. Now you won't catch me going there ever. Thanks a lot, beauty supply store. Signed. I really doubt you care enough to even read this. Much appreciated.Leslie F.

I didn't get the name of the woman who helped me, she had very short blonde hair, but she actually helped me pick put the correct developer for my hair & told me why! I've never had anyone give me advice or point me in the right direction here. Small, but kind gesture and I appreciate it!

I would give this place no stars if I could, I use to have grey hair and wanted to lighten the grey whiter. Now my hair is Ash Blonde thanks to the incompetent help. I'm so upset!

All staff has been great except one of the younger staff members. Gave me unsolicited misinformation. I asked if there was a bleach they’d recommend over the others and instead of just answering my question they asked “do you even know what bleach does to your hair?” I responded telling them I was aware of the effects of bleach and that it can cause chemical burns. They said I was wrong and claimed bleaching your hair can cause your hair to be permanently grey and bald. I just asked if they could recommend a bleach product over the others. I’ve been bleaching my hair for years, I follow safety protocols and am aware that improper use can cause excessive damage. The information given to me was 100% not true, it’s possible for bleach to cause minor hair loss and chemical burning but not complete baldness and permanent grey hair. It wouldn’t have been so bad if they hadn’t used such a snobby tone. Just a dumb moment. Put a damper on my day
