We went to get vaccinated and encountered this most abrasive and rude older male tech who was condescending and treated us (Doctoral Students) like we were of a lower intellect than himself. After a very difficult check in process, he continued to act rather persnickety and we went to sit down as he instructed us to for no reason 6 or 7 times. When we were sitting down he pointed to us and said yes sit down there and we will call you when we are ready. Dude, we know smh. We were cordial just thinking he was a little unstable. An old man walked up and he treated him with a high level of disregard and disrespect it was disgusting! Elderly people deserve to be treated with dignity, but he stood their laughing at him (not in a friendly or nervous way) telling him he could not help him. We were astounded and felt so bad for the old man. Then, there was another person in line that was there and we at that moment learned that it was THE TECH that was so awful that was supposed to give us vaccines?! Techs typically don't give vaccines, pharmacists do, not to mention this older guy had an awful personality and attitude and a repeated cough. We spoke to the pharmacist and insisted upon him giving us the shots. Techs should not be giving shots and there was no way we were going to get ill from him, or be the error of his frustrations for the day. It was awkward and this place is a true disaster. The pharmacist said he was not experienced in giving vaccinations. We had knowledge of giving shots and told him to go low in the upper intramuscular area and he put it up so high it is near our rotator cuffs which has been immensely difficult to heal from. He went completely against what we said because he resented having to administer the shot. Won't come back, thanks a lot and what a mess!

This Pharmacy has no drive up window but the folks working there make up this with their kind and helpful service. Sometimes they can be slow at filling prescriptions but that is because they dont have enough people. This has been the case at many businesses since the lousy Covid disrupted all of our lives. So I cut them some slack. I would highly recommend this Pharmacy!

Alex is very rude as are most of them in this pharmacy prescriptions are never ready even if you call them in days in advance and the attitude is "oh well!"

I was in line before 9pm and stepped to the counter when the pharmacy tech told me they were closed. There were 4 techs present and none of them would offer to fill my prescription. Very poor customer service from people who’s job it is to provide customers with the best service possible. Reams or Harmony looks pretty good right now!!!!!

This pharmacy is the slowest and poorly managed pharmacy i have even been to. Always out of the simple things that the rest of the pharmacies in the valley cover. The staff is rude and the drive up window may be the worst service i have ever seen. They close it early they take their time they make you come in because they just don't care to hurry. Customer service is dead but this place takes the cake. Please put a Walgreens close so we don't have to deal with this "local" pharmacy any more!!

I had to pick up a prescription for a person in dire need . He had covid . The prescription was called in to smiths on 2100 s & 900 e . When I spoke to the pharmacist she was kind & friendly and suggested that I make a phone call to the location closest to me . I was reluctant however she said it's easy just one call . :) I went to the 9000s 4000w pharmacy . The pharmacist said she could not find the name . I asked her to call the smiths on 2100 so . She refused to do so . Ultimately the pharmacist did find the script however one item was missing . I asked her to contact the other location . I sat for 20 minutes .The pharmacist would NOT call the other location . . I drove home & got paperwork and drove back again . The pharmacy tech helped this time she called the 2100 s to Clarify the order . She had it done in a few minutes . The tech did what the pharmacist would not . With the cost of gas and on a fixed income it is difficult to make ends meet . Hooray for the tech The pharmacist was having a bad day ? Idk , what has happened to service ?

We have had the WORST interaction thinkable with this Smith’s Pharmacy. We brought in a valid prescription and their literal response was “we don’t have to fill anything for you because we don’t personally know you.” So they turned us away without the medicine. This by the way, is after years and years of filling at a different Smith’s location without any problems. This particular Smith’s Pharmacy’s policy is to only fill for their friends.Look at the number of bad reviews this pharmacy has received. They have zero customer service. I implore you not to use this pharmacy!! You WILL come to regret it.

Customer service is horrible at this pharmacy. I see all the horrible reviews and the management doesn't do anything about it. I was even thinking to sue them for discrimination, authorities should check this location. I was being helped by the only employee that is respectful over there, Edgar and he was explaining me in Spanish a situation of one of my prescriptions and my mother's when suddenly Shelley, the supervisor jumped in the middle of us being very disrespectful, unprofessional and rude for no reason, she asked me to have a seat when I was in the middle of my transaction because they were busy. When I demanded an explanation from the grocery store manager which was very polite and helpful (she doesnt work at the pharmacy) for the reason of her behavior, Shelleys' response was that she got upset that her coworker was taking too long helping me. Now when I go there the employees tell me they are very busy and short staffed to provide me with my medication that I should go the next day to pick it up they dont even give me the option to wait for the medication.

I was told 20 minutes before they closed by the lady helping me that she had somewhere more important to be and that I’ll have to wait until the following Monday to pickup my blood pressure medication. I pleaded for them to simply ring me up and she walked away, turned out the lights, and closed the partition in my face as I was standing there with my money in hand. They need to take a training course in simple human interaction. And then take it again. And just maybe once more just to ensure that they never treat another person like a stock animaI ever again. They should be ashamed of themselves. Needless to say, I was completely appalled and rendered speechless.

Probably the worst smiths I've been to In the valley. Unfortunately the closest geographically for me. I will travel farther from now on because we've been burned so many times by this location. Especially when it comes to prescriptions. All too often they won't have your prescription or they will only have half of your refills and then wait until you go pick up to tell you!! So very frustrating. If it had happened once or a few times I'd let it slide but this is at least 5 times now. Employees are never helpful!!! I am beyond done. Switching all my prescriptions and I won't be back. Absolutely ridiculous. And can't reach a manager either.

Some of the pharmacy employees are very nice and helpful, but Jacquline is rude and condescending every time I come here. I could tell the other employees were not happy with the way she was treating me and other customers. The pharmacist did apologized for how mean she was but Jacquline should not be working in a customer service job unless she can be nice to customers. Very unprofessional.
