Buyer beware when I switch to T-Mobile the promo was to pay off my phone but they did not do that after spending hours on the phone with customer service to no resolve. I gave up. And last year I recommended my Brother to T-Mobile and I never received the $50 that was supposed to get for referral lack of customer service and training by T-Mobile come on get with T-Mobile

Run away. I tried Home Internet for one day. Had issues and returned equipment cancelling the next day. They have sent collections after me because their systems are so bad. The assistant manager on site is busy doing his own network marketing instead of T-Mobile business. Customer service makes T-Mobile a horrible experience.

We usually go to the store for the T-mobile Tuesday app. The staff is very nice and if we need to wait, it only takes up to 5 minutes. Keep it up! ?

I want to tell you guys on Facebook how wonderful and tremendous T-Mobile is the lady that helped me was her name was Rosa she was marvelous and customer service was wonderful

Customer service means everything to the staff, especially Christian. I went on a busy day, didn’t wait long bit still felt like I got personal, attentive care. I was going out of town the next day so I was frantic to get my phone working again; Christian fixed the issue in 5 minutes and got me on my way. This location is the best.

Waited a super long time for the manager to come out and assist the only other working person on duty. Cristian was extremely helpful. The manager, however, needs to learn some manners. Not to keep customers waiting, it's rude.

my girlfriend and I had an amazing experience. Carlos was super informative and did not pressure us in anyway. He broke down costs, and how they will reflect on our future bills. He was funny, charming, and kind. It is always a drag setting up changes to a plan and getting new devices, but this experience was a breath of fresh air.

My service was canceled so I went into the store to resolve the issue. The guy tells me he can't help me and that I need to call in. Could this guy seriously not help me in person or does tmobile really require people to call in?
