I've always been satisfied coming here. It is always clean and the staff is very friendly. The only thing I have noticed that can be quite irritating sometimes (this is from me and fromm people I've overheard), is that there has only been one cashier and the self check out when the line is super long and going really slow. That's my only complaint.

I mean it's your basic Target. Slightly more organized than other Targets but not by much. Doesn't have a Disney store but other than that you can find your favorites here!

Was kind of sad stuff all over the place dirty. I was very disappointed. I travel from Wyoming and we don't have a target their. so I look forward to going. Definitely felt like Starbuck was token care of but not the target store it self.

Worst experience with their customer service. I called and was told I could return diapers from my baby shower up to 100 per calendar year and it did not matter where they were from as long as they carry the brand. I tried to return them and they said they would not ring up so they couldn’t return them. I have newborn twins so it was very difficult to get out with them that’s why I called beforehand. I’m not sure who lied but there should definitely be education on this. I know you don’t care if you lose me as a customer since it doesn’t matter but it really makes me rethink shopping at this target.

Store staff are friendly and helpful polite great location prices are a bit higher then Walmart or winco but over all it’s not bad

This Target always surpasses our expectations. Aside from having the fastest/most accurate online order pickup compared to the surrounding Target stores, they seem to try to go above and beyond. Recently we created a chart that our 3 year old son could add stickers to "earn" a specific toy he wanted. He accomplished this and was so proud of himself, he insisted we bring the chart when we went to get the toy he was wanting. At the register, a cashier named Amy was more then willing to review and acknowledge his accomplishment and was so nice to him! When we were leaving, we saw another Target employee, Emma, who has always been so nice to us since 2020, when I was bringing my son in as a newborn. She stopped everything she was doing and congratulated my son and offered to get him a cake pop from the store's Starbucks. This meant everything to my son and I couldn't be happier. Aside from the petty (in my opinion) complaints you may read about in these reviews, the employees here care and I really want to acknowledge that!

One check out stand with an actual employee open. 25 people in line for the 4 self checkout registers. My time is money and y’all forcing me to wait 20 plus minutes to spend money on your store is disgusting. I won’t be back! Y’all are a big box store that pulls in 10s of thousands of dollars a day. Hire some employees, pay them better wages and quit making customers wait for 25 minutes to spend money on your store. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves. And all these big box corporations that only care about their bottom line wonder why sales are steadily decreasing?! It’s called customer service you bums

Wow, just when I thought the Distric store was the worst, the WJ store takes the cake. We went in to buy a few things for a trip and a bday party. We were shocked that there was actually someone working as a cashier. Most always we have to self-checkout. The young gal was super unfriendly, but I get it, Target isn’t very good to their employees. We left with 2 bags, thinking we had everything. Got home and unpacked all our errand bags, saw we were missing several things. Called the store. No one answered. Left for sons bday. Daughter went back today and no one could find bag. No help. No manger. Just told we’d have to come back and waste time and gas because no one was helpful.This store is usually a mess. No checkers. Long lines at self checkout. Never a manger when you ask. It’s insane.Target has gone way downhill. Got on chat for 45 minutes and still don’t have what we paid for.I get why people shop at Amazon or online. Retail stores don’t care, nor do they manage things well.If someone had picked up the phone yesterday, I bet they could have found our bag or helped us. Target isn’t anything to brag about anymore. They don’t care about customers or employees. Glad Bill, the CEO gets his millions in bonuses though. ???

Thank you for your « undercover » security gard Target. This man showed his bottom to all of us a bunch of time with no f given, even in front of us. This was unbelievable and dirty. ??

I didn't want to believe the other reviews but they were lying. This Target is horrible! First the employees look like they suffering and didn't even want to be there, as well as the cashier. Second, all the aisles were messed up and products everywhere, on the floor and in random places. This is the worst Target we have every been at.

Man... what happened to Target?Beautiful Wife and I used to love shopping at Target. But it's always dirty and run down. So often just stacks of merchandise unattended in the aisles on a rollie cart. And The employees often just look miserable.Merchandise quality has really just gotten pretty awful. They have truly embraced the buy to replace it business plan and that's really gross. Some of the stuff we purchased from Target breaks in less than a year.I suppose They're all right if you need toiletries and few other things.But the worst part they've half embraced the concept of self-checkout. This location has 18 cash registers. Only one of them were open.They only have four self checkout stands and as you can see in the photo the line was just backed up a mile.I like checking out on my own. They should commit to it. Own it. Don't put in four self check stands and 18 registers that you're not going to open. It's terrible.I really miss the old Target.

I did a return at customer service just now and GREENLEE had a really bad attitude. I love target and love coming here often. It was such a bummer that she gave me that experience. Please put someone in customer service with a nice attitude.

This SPECIFIC STORE likes to discriminate against BROWN skin people. Apparently it’s against the law to bring in a carseat, browse and purchase items. This is the SECOND incident that has happened. The first time the issue wasn’t resolved. What they do is cold call you and leave zero messages to make it seem like they get in touch. And they won’t let you get in touch with the regional manager. Be careful if you wear dark clothes and browse. Never once in any of the other Targets have I had any issues but this West Jordan, Utah likes to do so. Maybe you should follow all the other races that could be stealing. Some of brown folk can aCkTuaLLy afford to buy nicer things.

No selection for men or women clothing unless you want to tuck it in a swim suit. I wish there was equal amount effort in providing stylish clothing for men and women as the rainbow display that greeted me at the Jordan Landing location. Boycotting Target indefinitely.
