I'm super disappointed I was a loyal customer for years... I bought my son a whole bunch of stuff for Christmas. It says it was delivered, I got a notification on my phone and went out immediately to grab it and it wasn't there. I called customer service they said they aren't responsible and will not resend it I have to call the carrier and then carrier told me I'm not eligible to file a claim because it was just clothes. The MyPlace credit card will not refund my money either. They have definitely lost a customer .

We found some really cute kids clothes here and Megan went above and beyond to make sure that we were getting the best deal on ALL of the clothes we got. We appreciate her helpfulness and great customer service. We will definitely be shopping here again!

Very poor service from the closing ladies on 10/10 at this location tried to come return one shirt a few minutes after they had closed the door was locked but they were still serving other customers I waited out side tried calling so I could be helped and was ignored.

I always have a great customer service experience when i go to this location. They are always so friendly. They make you feel so welcome, i will definitely be shopping at this location from now on. If you want to have a good experience come here dont go to the one at Valley Fair mall.

The return policy and rewards program are not customer service friendly. If you return something that you used rewards for, you don’t get your reward back. Also, there is no flexibility on the return policy. I’ve left frustrated a few times, which is too bad because I used to shop here often and I’m about done coming here.

Don’t worry they don’t want your money. I brought everything up to the counter to check out. The cashier had separated out the clothes put half of them to the side and only rang me up for half of my items. I have two young kids so I was distracted so when I checked the counter to see if everything had been rung up there were no clothes on the countertop so to my surprise when I got home I was missing half of my purchase and my receipt also had those items missing. So in the end they didn’t want to ring me up for everything I had brought up to the counter and only sold me half of my items.

Worst experience I have ever had with returning items. All 3 of my kids received clothes for gifts from this store. All I wanted to do was exchange sizes. I double checked if it was okay if I changed styles since the shirt size I wanted to exchange was not available and was told yes. After almost an hour going back and forth. I was told on more than half of the things I was going to exchange, that I could not because they did not match in price. Said items were LESS then the items I was exchanging for!!! My shirt was 6.99 and the one I wanted was 5.99. so basically I was losing money not them! And everything was mixed, all the T-shirt were mixed with sighs all saying 4.99, 5.99, 6.99, 7.99. I don't have a scanner to check everything. And turns out one of the items I wanted exchange was missing a tag. "Oh I can't do anything if it doesn't have a TAG!!! Really!!! It was a size exchange. Both items exactly the same!!! After an hour I gave up!!!! Never will I come in again or referrer them to friends and family. And don't even get me started on there store pick up. They said I didn't have an order ready even though I had an email saying it was ready and they said that they had nothing in there system saying I had an order?!?! Well this email says I do. So I leave with nothing. Later I get charged and I have to go in and have to return said item which they had. By the time I had gone somewhere else for a winter for my daughter.

I came to exchange clothes that were gifted and the lady was so rude. She said there’s nothing they can do without a receipt. She didn’t offer any other options or anything. And told me that everyone else will say the same thing. I’ve brought clothes back without a receipt before and I’ve never had an issue. You just lost a customer.

Been there several times and always received great customer service! They greet me at the door and help me if I have a question. Very reasonable prices with great quality clothing options. Best place for dress shirts for boys!

Cristal was super rude. I came in a few min before close and the girl saw me getting off my car and close the door on my face I even knocked on the door and she saw me and completely ignored me. When Cristal open the door I explain what had happened and she was completely rude and said to me the it was close and couldn’t let me in. She Still had people inside the store and I asked if I could just make a payment but no she practically close the door on my face. I love children’s place but this experience was totally disrespectful.

My wife called ahead of time to see if they had an item in stock before we drove out and the lady who answered the phone said she was to busy to check and hung up. Not good customer service.
