This review is for the Salon, and specifically Teresa G.! She is a master at hair! I always come out looking gorgeous. Also, I use my Ulta card to pay for my hair appointments, and the points really add up so I get $ savings. I love it.

Had my daughter’s ears pierced. The lady was super sweet but she put the wrong earring in her ear and she couldn’t change them out. Make sure you have the cosmetologist double check to make sure they have the right earring before injecting it. The manager gave a whopping $5.50 off the price. Poor customer service from the manager, unfortunately. My daughter left crying because she has to wear earrings she doesn’t like for 6-8 weeks. Have them double check!!!

Great products, and sales! From inexpensive (including their own line of products), to really expensive higher end products. I always find what I need there! Friendly staff is always helpful!

Bought a Christmas gift here. When they opened it, it was just an empty box. Went back in with the receipt and they said it was probably stolen and they couldn't do anything. The product I bought was out of stock at this point so no re buying the gift and no refund.

The management was rude. I just wanted to drop off my happy returns order from fabletics (which should’ve been available at this location) and when the cashier asked the manager to process it, they shrugged them off saying they didn’t know where the tablet was - they didn’t even bother to look for it or help in any way at all…making the cashier and myself extremely uncomfortable and feeling quite ignored. I’m really unsatisfied with the customer service provided.

I would give less if I could this is crazy I asked for them to bring out my pickup twice now leaving it completely ignored. Then came inside the building to be completely ignored!!!!! This place is a joke and way too expensive!!!

bad customer service. The customer in front of me was taking a long time using coupons, the manager came up to the front and was talking to another girl, the lines kept getting longer, employees would walk up front, but ignore the long line and not offer to help check anyone out.

My boyfriend and I walked in for a cologne and some makeup items. He told the employee which cologne he wanted and he was continuously brushed off when he would tell her that she grabbed the wrong one. To the point where he ended up telling her to just put it back and he’d just buy it elsewhere. I understand sometimes there are misunderstandings, but he was being very clear that she grabbed the wrong bottle as she insisted she didn’t. Whatever. I then went to check out and told the cashier I wanted to use my rewards points. She told me I didn't have points, but I qualified for a discount (or points, can’t remember which term she used) if I signed up for their credit card; I declined. She then repeated my total again, so I pulled out the app and showed her that I had $11 in points I wanted to use. She looked at me, asked me to verify my name and once I did she said “ok you have 11$.” Uhhhhh… ok? She already had my information pulled up because she had already asked for my phone number, so im unsure where the disconnect here was, but my boyfriend and I left annoyed. I won’t ever be back to this location. This Ulta has the most incompetent employees with the worst attitudes I’ve ever met.

Loved working here for over a year but the new manager Tasha makes the work environment horrible for the staff until we quit.

I love this location It’s always so clean and I can find all the products I need and if I have questions on what might help whatever situation my skin and hair is currently at the staff has always given me great recommendations!
