Worst banking experiance ever this placeTerrible. From manager to clerks.Im done whith us bank i liked your services when you guys worked with me. Since my home branched closed ive been forced to come to this location. And now i will be terminating, both buisness and personal accounts. Always holding my checks at the moment i need it the most. Why not hold it when i dont need it.Negitive 10 star.Worst thing is. I normaly love to give grate reviews. But evry now and then some buisnesses deserve to be exposed in their terrible practises.

If I could give them a zero , I would . Had a friend from out of town, had no vehicle, dropped him off to do a wire transfer and they refused to help stating, 1) We’r busy ( no one was in line) and 2) you need an appointment. Bank manager was in earshot and did nothing! Horrible service. He was inconvenienced by having to take a bus (2) to 104 th & Redwood. U.S. bank should shut this branch down.

I been in district manager and management postion for over 40 years i was very uncomforable Danny the branch manager needs to go back to customer service training i had id thief and talked so loud that the whole bank heard and everyone outside could of heard i was afraid to ask any questions

I have been doing banking there for 18 years. We started doing our merchant processing there and we were mis guided and lied to by Andrew there merchant processing person. DO NOT DO MERCHANT PROCESSING WITH USBANK.

I went in to cash a check from this bank, they charged me money to cash their own check! Then tried to get me to open an account saying "we're a pretty cool bank", I thought this odd from a place that also told me that it cost them money to hold on to their clients money...that's not how banks work at all, or money. So I declined and told the teller that they are not a cool bank. I would not encourage anyone to bank here.

I really don't want to give it one star but I can't post with out clicking one. I have never had such snotty, contending service. I have moved my account to America First, they are so nice and helpful. US bank is a joke. Every time I try to do any business with them I get the same snotty manager. This is at the 7000 S Redwood Location. I think the manager needs a course in human relations and how to interact with people. He is rude and un professional

Pretty good, though some customer service tellers (females mostly) have been very snippy and snooty with me like I was putting them out. Never had a male teller here treat me rudely, in fact they have been beyond ideal. Being a female myself, I think the women there need to be trained by the guys on what customer service is. All management male or female have been awesome, and very professional. Only thing I would be concerned about is the ATM. It swallowed my card and wouldn't give it back for no reason, and management said they can't help me, that it's not their ATM, it's a 3rd party. I wouldn't recommend using the ATM here.
