I’m pretty sure it was Tyson and Juan who were helping me and they were both very prompt, patient, and so professional. Amazing service. Also the fastest I have ever gone in and upgraded phones. In and out in less than 30 for two phones.

I can't believe that manager is still in charge. Before going, I called customer service twice because I wanted to finish paying for my cell phone and buy the iPhone 15, and they told me that if it was possible, I should only pay for the rest of the cell phone. return it and thus I would get a promotion at a lower price for the iPhone. I only had to go to a nearby establishment with the credit holder (my uncle) which I did, but when I arrived from the first moment this person told me that it is not possible and that I better buy The other, and thus having two cell phones, was not interested in what they told me in custome service both times, he told me that those from c.s do not know what they are saying when those from c.s told me that it is possible to do it only that those from establishments only want to sell, which I understand, but the way they do not provide any information or solution, are behaviors that no serious company should have, least of all one of their representatives, I will never return there again, avoid this place if you are looking for a solution to your doubts.

The staff is friendly but don't help customers in order. We walked in and looked at each person in the store. We got checked in and then looked around before I sat down. I had asked for a specific rep and was willing to wait for him. We were also told about a 30 minute wait. As I was sitting down I noticed a new couple had sat down. (They came in after us). We got a notification your next in line. The rep I then asked for went to them and said are you the ones looking for me from the Riverton office. They said no and I interjected and told him it was me. He then laughed and said oh your heads were down I didn't recognize you and proceeded to help the other customers. I had sat there for a total of an hour before my wife said I am over this and we will just go to a different location at this point. I told another rep to cancel my appointment as I am unhappy that these guys were helped before me and he told me they were here before me. If so they were invisible because I looked at every person in that building. And they weren't there. I then proceeded to tell him that we got a text saying we were next in line before our requested rep went to the other people. He just said sorry. I could have just worked with him at that point but I was over being there. Super disappointed. But won't be working with this location or that rep again.

Run don't walk away from this Verizon store and Verizon service in total. We signed up for Verizon service during a promo giving us new phones after bill credits. We traded in our old phones and everything seemed fine. 5 lines in total. The first month our bill was over $300 which the rep said was due to taxes and fees, but we paid the tax in store we thought. They told us that it would get fixed by the next month. Fine. The next month came and we got another bill for over $300. This time they told us that it was due to a billing issue and that it would be fixed by next month. I originally signed up at the other Verizon store in Herriman, but came to this store because I was in the area. The person I spoke to assured me that this was not normal and that my bill would be fixed by the second month. This went on month after month for 4 months before we finally said forget it and cancelled all of our service with VZ. Went to two different VZ stores and spoke to 5 agents who all told us that it was a mistake and that it would be fixed. It never was and we needed up paying over $300 a month for four months when our bill was suppose to by no more than $150 a month. Verizon has lost customer forever and I will be telling all my friends and family even strangers to watch out.

Before heading into the store, I was incredibly upset. I was fully prepared to be a FULL ON "Karen". HOWEVER, the rep I worked with was awesome from the start, was very knowledgeable, fixed the issue and then went above and beyond in helping me with other things. Even saved me almost $20 off my monthly bill by calling out a few things. I think his name was Oscar??... anyway exceptional and excellent customer service.

Bought the new z fold 5 the phone is defective the screen won’t turn on and they won’t let me return it or exchange it even though we are within the 30 day warranty exchange program. They told us we would have to buy a new phone or borrow a phone for two to three days while the return processed. Seeing as how we just bought the new phone that was defective we said we didn’t have the funds to buy another phone and the store manager Mathew laughed at us! Verizon won’t fix the problem even though they gave us a phone that doesn’t work. I have never seen such unprofessional service.

We called this location about 30 minutes before we arrived and asked if they could unlock a phone for us so we could put our new sim card in, the man on the phone told us to com into a store and they could do that for us. when we arrived they told us the person we spoke to 30 minutes prior was not there and that they did not receive a call, and then proceeded to tell us they could not unlock the phone, and interrupted us when we were trying to explain that we had just been told they could do it. the staff member talking to us was very rude, and if you're needing to go to a verizon i DO NOT recommend you go to this location.

We walked in and were helped right away. The employee solved the problem with the phone. I'm pretty sure we went in during a slower time. But it went smoothly for this visit around 11am.

Can't get somebody on the phone to ask about model stock. Can't walk into the store & talk to somebody without them logging into my account. I just want to know if the store stocks the 13 mini. Why do I need to spend an hour with the Verizon Assistant or drive over & provide personal information just to ask if you have stock. Eat one, I'm going back to Tmobile.THE VERIZON ASSISTANT ANSWERING MACHINE NONSENSE IS AWFUL.edit: Instead of replying to me, how about you guys help the people in your store. There are like 6 people and most of them have been waiting for near 30 minutes. I was just there and ended up walking out.

We brought in a new phone and asked Aldo at Jordan Landing Verizon to help us get it set up and transfer the data over. We didn't realize what a huge job this was going to be because the old phone's memory was so full. Throughout the long process of getting the data moved, Aldo was nothing but cheerful and kind, even when it took until after closing time. We are so appreciative of his wonderful customer service, and how he went above and beyond! Thank you!

1 star- Bought a brand new phone iPhone last week on our business account and it keeps crashing. The employees at the store can do absolutely nothing to help. They said they have to see it crash while we are in the store to be able to return it. We’ve used Verizon for our business account for decades. Terrible service. We’ve been loyal to them. Where’s their loyalty to the customer?3 star- Follow up-Spoke with Jordan, the business account manager, and he made sure our needs were met. He is incredibly helpful and professional. He was the opposite of what I encountered the day before. Not quite to the level of Verizon love I once had, but grateful to have this issue resolved.

Horrible Service, always have to wait, even when not that many people there... I waited 20 minutes and decided to leave. Went to lunch and when we were done, still not called(The App tells you when it's your turn)... So that was an hour and 20 minutes... Closed the App and never went back...Another warning when upgrading some of the Agent don't tell the Whole Truth and just try to get you to purchase more... Always check the receipt a little bit later on App or Online, yes it could change even when you have a receipt... Verizon itself is wonderful, got a discount after calling them...

A busy store is fine, but nobody communicated with us while we, and folks behind us, waited even though there was a manager walking around but not helping customers.When we got to a rep, I asked about the galaxy s23, and the rep gave us the wrong information. I asked for a phone with a good camera, and I was told the s23 was just as good as the s23+, which I later found out was not true.Additionally, Verizon had new rates plans that we were eligible for. When we asked about it, the rep 100% lied to us and told us 'oh that's just a bad plan' which we also found out wasn't true after the fact. She was flagrant for no other reason than for her to make a sale and put us in a contract.We were dealing with dishonest people.Very disappointed and know better than to put trust in folks at this location.** Thanks for the reply.
