Came down today for a passport photo. There was a lady in the photo department that was very rude! They offer passport photos, but they dictate when they will actually let you get a photo or not.. she said we don’t have anybody until 1230… somebody else walked in right after me for the same service. Waste of my time and my gas. Maybe the rudeness is why you don’t have anybody working in your store?

What's the point of gloves and alcohol swabs when you're constantly recontaminating everything with a vaccination room that gross? The trash is overflowing, and they were constantly touching the trash lid every few seconds. I wish I had been brave enough to walk out. Now, I just hate myself a little more now. ?♂️

I went in to pick up some cards I had printed for Same Day Service. I received an email saying they received my order and it should be ready in an hour but to watch for an email saying they are completed and ready for pickup. A few hours later I was driving by the location so I thought I'd stop in to see the progress on my 20 cards. I got up to the counter and told the employee my name and she snapped at me very rudely, threw a piece of paper on the desk and told me how they tried calling and I didn't answer. The paper was my order that they couldn't run because of a broken printer. She was so rude! The order didn't work out, machines break, I get it, but the way she treated me from the second I told her my name was uncalled for. She was mad that I didn't answer a call that I didn't even receive. I won't be going back to this location. Why is service everywhere going downhill? Just be nice.

I might've done 4 stars due to the lack of employees today, but the few 5hat were there were very helpful. Little of everything can be found here.

Very bad experience with their pharmacist, Lee Jackson Briggs who may or may not be licensed. I had directly been affected by this pharmacist and she made it her mission to be unprofessional, rude and dangerous towards me. I am not sure why she is still employed here but everyone should be careful of her. If you see her working with your medication, check it and perhaps get it refilled by a different employee to be on the safe side.

Horrible experience. We have been filling our prescriptions there for 5 years. Never cared for the store or employees, but the pharmacy was competent until a few days ago. I have always followed the rules. Never been a pain. I ran out of a medication that causes serious if not dangerous withdrawal symptoms. I has ran out and my Dr. Called me in a refill. Well I was one day early from the actual fill date. TIM the main pharmacist refused to fill it. Somehow he decided to make it personal. I called and he told me to get my finger out and calendar and count along the days with him. When he got to the 14 day which was one day before 15 he hung up on mea and said I don't have time for this. To my understanding a pharmacist is not a dr. And should not be picking and choosing who can and can not pick up prescriptions on time. Well, I ended up that night in the er $300 bill because I had a seizure during dinner. I was treated less than human. When I showed up the next day. The day I could pick them up he insisted that a 15 day supply taking two a day for seizures should last me 16 days. I was mortified. Still without my medication. I told him I thought he owed me an apology. He said no you owe me one. Several people were waiting and you could clearly see I was not well. I then had a second seizure. What made me the most upset was that I treat my dogs better than he treated me. And, he didn't care one way or another that I could literally die without it. In fact the pharmacy workers found my situation funny. I said I would take it up with the store manager. TIM told me that the store manager answers to him. NEVER have I been treated so poorly in my life. I would not fill there again If my life depended on it. We will no longer buy stuff there for holidays. I will no longer buy another thing from that disgusting store. The employees all look half dead. The lead that was there told me she didn't believe TIM would act that way. I am looking for some kind of person that can help me rectify this situation. I'm tempted to file a law suit. NEVER EVER WILL I STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE AGAIN. I was never a customer who asked for special treatment. My insurance covered it, my Dr called it in.... Why was I treated so horribly? Little does TIM know what we had been through the days prior. Loosing a family member suddenly and having ptsd from things that are to graphic to post. I just couldn't believe the service I got. Treat everyone you know kindly. You never know what is going on at home or in their lives. Don't make assumptions. And certainly don't demean someone you don't know. A pharmacy profile does not make a person. I would urge anyone who reads this to switch pharmacies. He doesn't deserve anyone's business. I don't think that expecting to be treated like a human is too much to ask? Tim you need some body wax, remove that hideous tattoo and get a hair cut. Since you are such a big shot at Walgreens (worst store in the valley). I'm sure you can afford it. Oh and maybe take a class on how to have empathy. Two seizures and violent vomiting, sweating and diarrhea put me in the hospital for two days. $6,000 later and we can't pay our house payment now. So yeah if I could give this store -10 I would.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. They're rude, they never have enough to fill my prescription and they don't seem to care. I've tried to be nice and patient for the past 7 years but this place doesn't deserve anymore of my time and money.

To start; I’m a 19 yr old college student and went to pick up some photos for a school project.Went to pick up pictures, the cashier/photo center guy (who was probably in his 50s) hit on me for a solid five minutes and kept asking what high school I went to. Getting hit on isn’t a big deal, annoying but isn’t the end of the world. What’s really concerning though is that he did this, while under the impression I was a minor. I refused to engage in the conversation at all, or correct him on my age (i didn’t want to invite more creepy comments, given I am “legal” type of thing) and was silent while paying - yet he continued. I was very obviously uncomfortable and he kept talking about how he was too old for me, but he’d love to take me out, and I must have all the “boys” after me.... I’m not sure if he was genuinely interested in me, or was just fishing for some compliments, but it was incredibly uncomfortable. Especially since he believed I was legally a child. Even if he was just looking for compliments, it was absolutely unprofessional. It makes me genuinely worried for actual high schoolers who have to go in for school supplies. I use to go there all the time in high school for poster boards and whatnot, and I know a lot of my friends did too. Given its location, it was pretty popular with my friend group for quick snacks or school supplies.Overall was a very uncomfortable situation and I’m not going back to that location again for that reason alone. The pictures came out perfect though.(This event took place in and my review is from 2019 - just had to edit out some of my personal information)

Stay away from the dangerous pharmacist they have working here named Lee Jackson Briggs. Seriously dangerous woman, unintelligent and unqualified. Should have her license taken away because she is too destructive to be handling people's medication.

Today a friend of mine and I went here (only place open on Christmas) we were looking for items to fill gift bags, to take to families who unfortunately in the Neuro ICU unit because she lost her mother in that unit 1 year ago yesterday, and someone was kind enough to bring her family some care bags when they were there...1). We were profiled the entire time we were there, we had people following us around the store, it was extremely uncomfortable.2). We got up to the register where there was an elderly Caucasian woman, whom was not only not the necessary and we were attempting to be kind to her, but3). She grabbed my friends wrist with force. My friend put her method of payment in (I believe it was "Apple Pay) and she was struggling at first because the pad wasn't reading her payment method... well, she finally succeeded in getting the payment method and the screen to synchronize; so, she put her hand in the loop of the grocery bag, and was awaiting her receipt, when the woman grabbed my friends wrist and told her that her card didn't go through.... my friend looked looked at the screen realizing it was asking for her pin # so she then put that in, and the receipt started printing, she spent $90 after the Walgreens discount after putting her phone number in, and to be treated the way we were was asinine behavior and shame on you people ... I not only will be calling her manager, but will be taking this to corporate and also the B.B.B you NEVER put your hands on anyone, who do you actually think you are...

Went out on the CDC web site to see who had Covid Johnson & Johnson booster! Walgreens. Go to schedule an appointment. No Johnson & Johnson. Call the pharmacy. Pharmacist was rude. Said take what we have! Question: do you know who has it, my doctor wants me to take J & J. Nope we don't have it. Correct answer: Salt Lake Health Dept. They have them all. Got my booster. No thanks to Walgreens!
