Came here after reporting a work injury. When I checked in they told me it would be a two hour wait. I sat to watch YouTube and not even 20 minutes later they called me back! Quick in and out in total I’d say about an hour with processing. The doctor came to see me before heading to her lunch which was super thoughtful especially since they told me to expect her to head out to lunch first. I hate going to urgent cares but this changed my mind.

This was my first visit to Concentra so I had to fill out all of the new patient intake forms, but it was all done from my phone which was easy and convenient. The staff was friendly and worked quickly to get me seen and out the door. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Don't bother setting up an appointment. They don't keep them. Don't expect to see a doctor quickly. Waited an hour in room, saw the Dr for 4 minutes, lost an hour and a half work pay. The Dr was abrupt.

Where to start.. one of my appointments, I was left in the exam room for over 45 minutes. I had to go out and ask when I would be seen. The lady at the front desk kept saying my name wrong even after telling her my name. I had 6 appointments. Not one time did she say it right. The exam rooms feel and look like they're not kept at all. There was dust and dead bugs on the bottom of the exam tables. The sinks in the rooms were dirty. Stains on the carpets in the rooms. Dead bug inside the light fixtures. Not my choice to go to Concentra in the first place, but I would like to say I would never go back there by choice.

I visited Concentra Urgent Care recently and unfortunately had a subpar experience. The facility appeared to be poorly maintained, with cleanliness concerns that raised red flags. The customer service left much to be desired, displaying a lack of professionalism throughout my visit. It's disheartening when urgent care falls short of expectations, and I hope improvements can be made for future patients

Very easy to maneuver. Quick service, in and out I believe under an hour for a drug screen. Very friendly staff, overall a refreshingly nice experience ?

Was told by doctor William Curry that I could not obtain a dot license because of my health condition. I was disappointed. He continued to ask me questions about symptoms of my private health condition, which I found unprofessional, inappropriate and unnecessary since I had already been rejected for the dot. He definitely made me feel bad with his choice of words.

I work as a contractor in the healthcare system. With each new contract comes a new onboarding process which includes a drug screen. Each time I go in, the staff is friendly and welcoming. Sometimes the wait is a little long if they are busy, but it's never a bad experience.

I accidentally put this review on the Concentra location down the street.The Dr I saw today had an attitude from when he walked in. Told me he was tired of seeing me and I've only seen him 2 times. Took me off of light duty back to no restrictions, even though my hand and wrist is still hurting. I told him if I get hurt again, it's on himHe said no its not. Well, you took me off light duty, so yeah! It is your fault if I hurt my hand and wrist more! The physical therapist had to stimulate my wrist more than usual because the tendon was tight. He didn't care what I said or what the PT said! Dr Curry doesn't care about the patient, but when he thinks you should recover from someone else's experience with an injury. Never recommended an MRI. When I finally got one after I got re-injured. I had to have wrist surgery and my ulna cut down.

I'd give you 0 if I could. Your reception people were very rude and inconsiderate of the people there, then your so called "doctor" laughed at me and basically refused me help because her opinion was that WC wouldn't help me, so she did not evaluate me and I had to go elsewhere.

I was happy that Dr Silvero said that he could do surgery on my right elbow that has a small torn he could fix it stop pain. My other Dr said no necessary surgery it would heals itself within a year. Continue on cortisone shot I disagree and I couldn’t take pain anymore I knew I need a surgery. Now Dr Silvero would fix it. Yes yes! He was the same Dr who surgery my right shoulder a few years ago it healed beautifully!! Thank u!! ??
