Going into Costco today we were informed by Monday everyone would be required to wear a mask if they wanted to enter Costco. Strike one. Husband and I immediately stated guess we will be shopping elsewhere. Upon getting our last shopping from Costco mask free mind you, we encounter one Costco employee with his mask down around his chin. Also we personally watched one meat department Costco worked in the back (with 3/4 other workers) with the mask down under his chin handling the meat and putting it in some kind of contraption. Oh so very sanitary and cautious of the covid-19 Strike 2. All this plexiglass stuff. You know the ones...to keep everyone "safe". That the virus could spread thru the space surrounding the credit card machine. Plus I can't hear the worker Strike 3. I can't stand the overreach of the government. What next will they "require" people to do. It's a day late and a dollar short. Why weren't mask required 2 months ago? Now that Utah is opening back up they are requiring them now at Costco? At least I got to explain to my children as we roamed Costco mask free what a day late and dollar short means. No Thank You you Costco, we will find another place of business where we can shop with our freedom intact:)

Gas station’s hours are posted that they’re open at 6:00AM, I stopped on my way to work and it was almost 6:30 AM and it was closed. I had to go to the nearest gas station ?

Best gas price in the area.

Great prices on gas though sometimes you have to wait for a bit. It doesn't matter what side of your car the gas tank is, the pump will reach it. So feel free to pick which ever line you'd like.

I like going to this Costco because it's in a nice location. There's an In-n-Out, Hobby Lobby, Ross, Red Robin, Wells Fargo, Planet Fitness, and basically a mini mall all within the same plaza. Tons of places to eat, get drinks, explore... there's ample parking and the gas station is rarely busy. I've never had issues shopping at this Costco. The food court is also nice. It can get busy during the weekends but all Costco's do.

So I heard Costco is good for eyeglasses. I tried it out. And here's my review. I got my eyes done there. They said to try out my glasses for a month or two and make sure they're good. It's been about 2 months. And I've been getting migraines blurry vision. So I went back to my old glasses for a week to see if it went away. And it did So I went to them to try and get my eyes adjusted again because I think the prescription is wrong, but they do not want to do another eye exam and fix it? Without paying again. Give Costco a 2 rating just because they're good with everything else.

You can get things they sell at other stores for cheaper. Perhaps if your planning on setting up a stand to sell candy and nuts you could make out.

Costco consistently carries great quality products and always offers outstanding customer service. It is nice to be able to sample some of their food offerings before you purchase. This Costco in West Valley City is one of the quieter Costcos on the Salt Lake Valley.

Only been here for the gas ! Just like a regular Costco! But I am glad that even though I went there for the gas around 5pm which usually has a lot of costumers at other Costco location waiting in the line, but not at this one ! Love it !

Always some of the best prices on gas. The attendees are nice. They also have a bunch of pumps to help keep the lines short.

Took my kids to get their annual eye exam. I've always taken them to their regular eye doctor but hes booked out til may and we are in March sooo. I decided to take them to cosco. We've gotten their actual lenses and frames there (because doctor offices are expensive)and the glasses are very durable and inexpensive they have a very nice selection. never done their eye exams at a "store". Always a doctors office so I was a bit sceptical. But it was such a good visit. The doctor was so good so so good he explained to us everything detail by detail. So good with kids although we arrived late and he had a patient after us he never rushed us was super patient and answered all our questions. I wish they took our Insurance but its was worth every penny....

This store has been good to us for many many years. They got all the stuff you can think of but the only down side is they move stuff around so frequently or every season. It's hard to find stuff that normally was in the same spot last time I was there and it will take more time to find the new spot. My wife love to shop there all the time.

I am extremely disappointed in an employee and the manager at this costco. I recently took my service animal into this costco and was confronted by an employee saying I couldn't shop there if my service animal didnt have a red vest(not true). I kindly asked to talk to her manager. She was very rude and called the manager and stood there drawing attention with her hands on her hips. Mind you my service animal is in training to help my daughter with mental illness, PTSD, anxiety depression and self harm. The employee was not helping this situation at all!! The manager came over and said that obviously our service animal was in training (he is a puppy, only 6 months old) and that we could have him in here this time but we aren't welcome back until he is trained. I asked him him how we were supposed to train him if we aren't allowed in stores with him. He said "not here" and walked off. Clearly he and the employees are uneducated in these matters. They need to understand ADA laws before they cause someone with disabilities more issues. I am very disappointed and will not return to that location. If you have a service animal beware, they will treat you poorly and make you feel as uncomfortable as possible.

The cheapest and best gasoline you can find out there. Some people have told me this is the same gasoline sold at the Chevron gas stations and won't be surprised if it is.I always try to get here when they open , around 10 am or when are closer to closing , around 7 : 30 pm to avoid the lines , which could be crazy during the day.

I swear. Being a membership of Costco is an absolute blessing when it comes to Gasoline needs. One of the only stores where youll find their gasolines the cheapest than another other gas stations!

Great location. I've always had great customer service. Get your glasses at any Costco. Better prices.

We had a flat tire and went to Costco to buy a new tire for the car. Costco said they didn't have the tire in stock and would call once available. One week later we had the tire replaced and Costco alleged we had another flat tire from a nail. Miraculously Costco somehow had an extra tire that they said another customer had ordered. Unfortunately we didn't ask to see the second tire. This seems to be a common scam that I would be wary of as no low tire pressure light had come on, we check ourselves for other flat tires and did not see any, and somehow Costco had an extra tire that seems unlikely.

What can I say, great prices and I absolutely love that they have security tape on the gas pumps. I helps to identify it any tampering has gone on, especially with the rise of credit skimmers being cheap to make and operate. It does get busy but that really isn't their fault, I've found it less busy around the evening. Every Costco location is best to get gas with your membership, I always make sure I have enough gas to get here, then I fill it up to full tank.

I stopped by for the first time as a friend referred me. Apparently there is a system and you have to drive in a certain direction. As I started to pull in the "wrong way" so my tank could be facing the tank, A guy came over and yelled "WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING!!!" It was the clerk from Costco. I was startled and confused and he yelled and told me to "GO THE RIGHT WAY!!!" He didn't explain what the right way was, just yelled, so I started to pull out and looked around to try and figure it out on my own but he yelled once more and said "WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE!" Well I was a young mother with many children in the backseat and was simply trying to save a few bucks but was tormented! I train in customer service and would NEVER allow myself or any employees to treat someone the way I was treated. I made up my mind that day that they would never have my business...at least not that location. I have been to others and it isn't a traumatizing experience like it was at this location. I am disappointed that this man would put his disregard for others and temper above serving the customers of Costco. What a shame!

Why buy gas anywhere else? Low prices, long hoses, exceptionally clean stations, security tape on card readers, friendly attendants. Only wish hours of operation were extended later at nights.
