very interesting how my review keeps getting deleted!!!! I paid over 5,000 for a tech pack that I received as coded files. 3 different designers with the correct programs were unable to open them!!!! And they still have my unfinished items from last year that they are refusing to finish. The most dishonest group of people I have ever met.

CADE! Remember the name! It was after hours, and I was desperate to find a local retailer who could MAYBE sell me a reverseable jersey for my men’s league basketball. Cade was quick on his feet and allowed me to use Venmo to pay him for the product and allowed me to pick up from a secure location before my game tonight. Thanks again Cade for making this happen.

I bought a hoodie for my Son, checked the sizes before ordering. When it finally arrived it was VERY small, however, printing does look great. I am unable to return it due to having it customized. I can't afford to purchase another bigger one, so if you purchase order a larger size. Very disappointed and sad he wont get to wear it!!! Also, I have been calling customer service and keep getting busy signal

Ordered compression sleeves on 9/18 for 3rd degree burn rehab as recommended by my Doctor
No tracking on webstore 9/25?
Left voicemail 9/25 (no response)
Emailed 9/25 (no response)
Spoke with Alicia on 10/2 (2 weeks after order was placed) who said she didn't know why items were entered as a "custom order" when they weren't. Said items should already be delivered. Said supervisor Tiffany was out and would call next day. No one filling in for her? Said she would request my sleeves be shipped today.
Just bad business.
