Walked in for spray paint walked out with the spray paint, a case of glass bottle cokes and a new washer and dryer. Goes to show, you can get anything at the Home Depot! Our sales associate Chris Lynch was so knowledgeable and helpful and made the process fast and easy. (before my husband could change his mind)

TERRIBLE service and warranty. I had bought a LG washer/dryer and it recently broke. My warranty I bought was for 5 years and it’s been about 2ish years I called them to come fix it. They told me they will come Sunday between 8 am - 5 pm. So I waited all day, no one showed up or even called me to cancel. I had to call them again to reschedule for Tuesday and then Thursday waiting all day no one showed up or called. I would call and kept getting transferred. They told me they would take care of me but they didn’t. Do not buy warranty and do not buy LG! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life.

I have never been more disappointed in Home Depot!I ordered a refrigerator last week on Wednesday 8/24 they told me it would be delivered the following Saturday 8/29. When I called to find out where they were they said the refrigerator was not put on the truck. They rescheduled for tomorrow Wednesday 9/1. Today I received a phone call saying it is not going to be delivered until Thursday 9/2. It seems like the right hand is not talking to the left hand. The customer service is not reliable. Home Depot is using an outside source and obviously they do not communicate with one another. We told them that our original refrigerator is not keeping our food cold and we are living out of coolers and ice right now. I would think twice about ordering from Home Depot especially if you need something right away.

I've been in construction my entire life and have always been satisfied shopping there. Your selection is so large that I have to leave my wallet in my truck when I go in to even give myself a chance of not spending more money than I should there. I'm like a little kid on Christmas morning every time I walk in your store no matter what part of the country I'm in. Love the place.

Home Depot has always been good to me. The customer service you used to expect from hardware stores is gone. Knowledge of products is very lacking. So you have to know what you are after. Every once in a while you get with a knowledgeable helper but it seems rare anymore.

Online ordering is almost close to useless. You certainly have to master different areas of your business. And this is one that has the most room for improvement. Ive ordered 2 times from this store. Both times my item was not in the locker as expected and an empty locker opened. What's worst was having to wait behind others in the customer service line. As if I just didn't just do half of a cashiers job. Not only am I saving the store time, but im creating more profit for them by placing an online order to then get a nasty attitude from the people that are supposed to take care of the order that was wrong because they did it wrong. Seriously pathetic. You are better off going inside the store and grabbing it yourself to not waste the time letting them fix their mistake after you placed your order. Ive attended other stores and other competitors, and this store seriously lacks at this service, it is seriously near pathetic

I ordered an ac unit at 8pm 2 hours before close on a Tuesday night. I was told there were 5 units in stock and they were preparing my order for pickup. I was notified the next morning that the ac unit I had ordered and paid for online had sold out and they had to cancel my order and refund my payment. There were 5 of these units when I placed my order and paid the night before. The fact that they took my money and told me my unit was being prepared for pickup but in all reality it was sitting on the same shelf as the rest of the inventory to be sold to anyone who walks in is crazy. They waited 4 business hours after my payment was taken to tell me all those units were sold out and that they had to cancel my order. Save yourself some time and irritation and avoid buying anything online from these guys because anyone might show up in person and buy the thing you thought they were “preparing” for you to pickup the night before.

Today was a great home Depot day many of the employees went out of their way to assist, One of the employees even took a cart that weighed probably about 800 lb for us. Always doing it right at the home Depot.
