Awful experience. They promised to return our ring before they closed. They couldn't, but okay... they wouldn't ship the ring or anything. I called to make an appointment to pick up our ring that they've now had for over three months and they hung up. I had to call back multiple times and the person was so rude.She said she hung up because she had someone else to help. Absolutely horrible. Pick a different jeweler. This company will lie to you and give you 1000 reasons why they can't do anything to help. Kay also is associated with Jared. I hate them so much I'm just getting a different ring from a different jeweler. I dont want their blood diamonds and lies.**Update: we were able to get the ring today. They provided us with a pamphlet that shows they dont in fact *claim* to use conflict diamonds. With what I know of the diamond business, I don't know how truthful this is, but they've got a pamphlet if it makes you feel better?The manager was nice and helpful, they didn't charge us for the resizing, but they did want my review changed, so I dont know that its because they actually cared or if they wanted the review changed. Overall, I still wouldn't recommend them, either way.Support a small jeweler where you can get something more special and unique. You will likely have a better experience, either way.

Super disappointing. Bought my husbands band 2 years ago and it is all scratched up and they wont replate or replace it. After all the years of being strictly a kay customer i have several pieces through them time to find a new jewler who is happy to help customers instead of telling them to buy a new band after 2 YEARS

Got me in and out quick. Super kind employees. It takes a couple weeks to get your ring resized but other than that no complaints. I love the ring I got! So pretty and perfect! Even after a year of wearing it everyday it’s still gorgeous and I always stare at my hand! My fiancé made a great choice!

They have done my last two piercings and also my sisters last two and a redo of her first. They are great, very professional. The new store manager is great.

Staff lied about coverage under warranty to get a sale. Ring broke within 60 days, and they wanted to charge 80% of the original value in order to repair. They claimed their rings aren't for every day wear.

My only complaint is customer service over the phone. I called to make sure my ring had been sent off for resizing because the email I received didn't indicate that it had. I was getting a little worried about that since I had brought my ring in on a Monday and the status hadn't changed as of Thursday, so I figured a call to follow up wouldn't do any harm. Whoever I spoke to on the phone wasn't polite about answering my questions and let me know when my estimated pickup date was (which I knew)... I was simply concerned that the ring hadn't been sent off. Note to self: don't call with any concerns to this store.

I love Kay jewelersthey are always saying hello to everyone who comes in there store to buy things I love my ring that I got from there and I love there ratings and everything else there to we will keep contining to go back to Kay jewelers.

This place has been ridiculous to work with. My fiancé got my ring back in November and they needed to make a new one because of sizing. He was told it would take a couple weeks and the latest would be beginning of January. Well we called every couple weeks and were told something different every time. Finally we get a call saying they have it. We go in to get it and they can't find it. Then they tell us they've actually had it since December 20. We have called half a dozen times since then and were never told they had it. They finally find it after being there for 45 minutes. They get two starts because the associate today was really nice and forgiving. But i would avoid this place if you want your jewelry on time.

I could not be happier with the service Kay has provided!! They helped get out of a ring that I was just not happy with and I left with an amazing ring almost identical to my original but a great deal more durable!! Madison dealt with my pickiness so well and helped me choose my perfect ring! I couldn't be happier

We bought an ring 10 years ago for my wife and the stone felt down just a few weeks ago. We took it to our local Kay store and drop it off. When they were done, the put the stone back and clean it up the ring. They did an amazing job taking care of everything. The guy was friendly and helpful. The explain to us what was Happening and everything. I would totally recommend getting your jewelry from here.
