Amazing people! Got lucky and found this place, was in a hurry for some wire for a car lift. Walked in and they immediately dropped what they were doing and shortened 2 cables and made 2 new ones for me in a matter of 20mins. And to top it off it was a great price!

I needed a new cable for the swing keel on my sail boat and after calling several boat shops who could not make what I wanted I called Rocky Mountain. I explained what I needed and they said I could pick it up latter. Well it was perfect. The cable and connections were much better than the original and the price was good. I was treated well and will go back if I need other cable items.

Needed Help splicing a rope for my project and Joe happens to be one of the only guys in town that knows how to do it, he could have charged me just about anything, but when I picked it up he told me no worries. Nicest group of guys at this shop and they do an excellent job.

These guys are great! Very helpful and kind. Lost my ATV off a cliff and had to get it out, so I went and bought a 100' 3/8 cable from them to aid getting it out. They were willing to help me as much as they could, even though I was a off the street customer with a small order. The cable was a very nice and well constructed cable, much better then one you buy online from major winch companies. The thimbles/loops on the end were well made and I had no doubts of it coming loose. Unfortunately, I was not able to get it out myself due to my own safety and those who were going to help me. I hired a tow company to get it out and did not use the cable I had bought, and I had not taken it out of their bindings that kept it wrapped up. Took it back a week later, not expecting them to be able to do anything due to it being custom made, but thought it was worth a shot. They were very helpful and willing to work out the return with me, and I was highly impressed. I will be using and recommending them for any future needs I might have. Thanks guys!

It's a place that sells rope. And rigging. By the looks of things, most of their business is of the industrial/large scale/massive project variety, where I'm sure they deliver tons and tons of cable and rigging. And they probably do a good job of it. I was recently tasked with picking up some rope for the scouts, and this was the location. They do sell to the public, so if you're looking for rope and rigging, here's your rope and rigging heaven. I just like saying rope and rigging. Rope and rigging. See how it rolls off the tongue? I've become distracted... So I roll out and drive to what seems like Eastern Nevada (it's way out west, yo) and wind back in on those industrial roads (you know the kind) and pull up to a nondescript building. They have a sign out front so I know I'm in the right place, and the sign on the building says to go to the back for will call. I find Mr. Disenchanted with his feet up on the table, scrolling through his phone in what can only be described as aggressive indifference. Mr. Disenchanted doesn't look up, but asks what I want, I explain, he finds the order sheet, I go to the office to pay. There's a few people there. One of them is sitting at his desk, impeccably organized, and seems entranced. He is beyond the cell phone generation, but if we weren't, surely he'd be scrolling as well, as is his coworker next to him. I pay, I go back out, I find Mr. Disenchanted back at his desk, scrolling the phone again, I tell him I've paid, and without looking up he motions vaguely to the back door where I see my order. Not even a grunt from him. It's perfect. So that's the story. Honestly, it's just fine. What do you expect? They sell rope and rigging all day long. Rope and rigging. Try it... say it out loud... rope and rigging.

Bought some stuff for my wedding reception. They were helpful, friendly, courteous, and other boy scouty things.
