I went it to ask about my service and the guy who “Helped†me was so unprofessional he had no interest in helping us he had a very bad attitude I asked if he could help with my bill he said he didn't service that, did not even take the time to explain why or how we could find out how to address the problem. He had his fist in his face all slouching in his chair doing something else on the computer no eye contact he looked annoyed. What a disappointment of customer service!..

My wife and I had just gotten married and were trying to combine different plans to bundle and save money. She had just gotten a new phone through AT&T a short time before this and so in order to switch over to sprint they were going to payoff the balance that she owed on her old phone which was $499. Well we asked the in store attendant when we were 1st signing up and they said that we didn't have to worry about it. Doing a bit of digging. Not only did we have to do that, but we had to do it within a very short time frame otherwise we couldn't have them pay off her old balance for her last plan & phone. So we got that taken care of and they said we'd receive a visa gift card in the mail for the difference. After months and several phone calls we still haven't received that pay out yet. And that's just the 1st issue. The plan stinks! I have 2 numbers now. My old number which I asked to keep, plus a 2nd number for my actual phone. The voice mail app is incompatible with the Galaxy S8 so I can't get any voice mails. Sprints reliability is within 1% of the other guys is a total sham!

Bought a Samsung Galaxy S8 note for Christmas and been having multiple issues since day one. Kept calling in and there solution to it was keep updating your PRL and your profile. Poor service, and kept calling in went to a store and service provided was denied due to my name not being on the contract tho i has the pin and phone at hand with all logs under my name issued and credit card from my temp glass i bought at a store. First off Jimmy, their associate was great! He did everything in his power to work out our problem. However the manager izzy was sub par. I'll explain that in a moment. We had a strange situation and we were in the store for over an hour trying to sort it out. Jimmy again was helping as much as he could. Calling sprint and asking his manager several times for help. In the end Jimmy was lost and didn't know how else to work out our odd situation which was that we bought a phone from them, swapped it lines, after a year wanted to upgrade it on the iPhone forever lease and they wanted my brand new iPhone back, not the other older iPhone that was originally on the iPhone forever. After over an hour we left after jimmy had told us his manager had told him He thought we were lying. Are you kidding me? I'm trying to give you my money and fix a problem and you call me a liar? Will never return to that store again.
