My partner and I have been to this location 3 times in the past week to order phones, set up a new plan, and to fix issues relating to a number transfer and online account access. Although the wait times were frustrating, we did receive excellent service from Lillian and Miguel. During our third visit, another employee (manager?) kept insisting to Miguel that he send us home to call customer service so that he could spend his time with customers who were there to make purchases. Despite the other employees' urging, Miguel stuck with and helped to the best of his ability, which is the only reason we did not cancel our plan/contract.

I have been having issues with my plan since going into this t mobile. My sister and her boyfriend went in to open an account and transfer her phone to that plan. The girl that helped them had my sister get a new phone on my account and told her that she would be able to transfer it to the other account in a month. My sister asked if there was a remaining balance on the account for her old phone and was told no and that it was paid off. Her phone was not paid off and I am now being charged for two installments for one phone. This girl also set my sisters boyfriends account so that he was already paying for my sisters phone that “couldn’t be transferred for a month”. After this first visit I called back to see what to do about the issues that I was having with the way that the workers had set the accounts up the day prior, I was told that I would need to come in because a manager would need to access my account to help me further. After hanging up I got a call from the girl that had “helped” the day prior and she basically called to argue with my sister and i that she had done everything correctly but that there was nothing she could do to help me over the phone. When I went in the next day I was offered a credit for part of the phone my sister was told was paid off and I was told that I should be able to transfer everything I needed to the other account in 30 days. During this visit the same girl kept checking in to remind her manager right in front of myself, my sister and the customer she was helping that she didn’t do anything wrong. After 30 days we called to get the phone transferred and thought that everything was settled but I’m being told that I can’t transfer the installment payments so I am being charged for two phones that I do not use

Very bad service AVOIDE this store was standing for half an hour to get helped as soon as two guys enter and sit down they get helped. I said sorry but I was here first and the lady that wasnt even paying attention arguing with customers said no they have been sitting there. So do I need o have a seat to be attended?? And apparently they cant satisfy customers the way she was arguing with her customers. Ive been a client for over 9 years and get this treatment. Might take my service somewhere else.

Worst experience I’ve ever had went in for a simple phone upgrade then they accidentally signed me up for a 9 month lease on the phone that I already have told me to come in the next day to clear it up went in then they said they couldn’t untill the next payment came in again the next month then just told me idk yea maybe next month like what it’s been almost 2 months of this and they charged me 13$ when I first came for who knows what called T-Mobile they told me I no longer can get the 800$ off this phone cause of something the store did this store has now robed me of my money and time ps sent email to them when they responded got no answer!

Absolutely terrible service went in for a phone upgrade then they accidentally Sighned me up for a 9 mouth lease on the phone that I already have. they then proceeded to tell me to come in the next day to get it fixed went in and then told me they can't and sorry and next month they can fix If welp today marks that day and they told me idk sorry now I'm stuck with my phone and a new bill nobody in there knows there job

Even if you order online for pick up and they still make you wait like everyone who just comes in. Makes it an inconvenience for anyone ordering to just quickly pick up an item.
