Wow to of the rudest girls ever working her couldn't even answer a simple question why even work in customer service.
Not very helpful. I got my new phone a little over a week ago and it has been glitching so I went in to get help. She clicked different apps on my phone for a few minutes and then suggested I do a factory reset without any further help or to take it to another store.
Extremely dishonest company
T-Mobile is THE WORST! They will screw you over at any chance. I can’t tell you how many times I have to call or go into the store to get anything fixed.
